The Loschwitz Bridge is probably the largest orb-weaving spider nest in the city. At night, they lurk in their webs on the railing leading to and across the bridge, waiting for insects drawn to the light of the streetlamps. Depending on the weather and the season, there must be hundreds of them. I photographed two of them against the lights of passing traffic. 🚗🚙🚛🚕

Rampische Straße with a view of the Dresden Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche). ⛪

As part of my little challenge to take photos at all the popular photo spots in Dresden’s Inner Old Town, the view from the Kurländer Palais onto Rampische Straße is a must. This perspective is certainly well-known, especially among photographers who specialize in cityscapes. 📸

This short tour begins at Brühl's Terrace, continues down the stairs through Münzgasse, and ends inside Dresden's Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady). ✨

1. Starry church. 💫✨🌟

2. Surely one the most popular photo spots among tourists, right in the middle of the Brühl's Terrace with a view of the Church of Our Lady. Not in the picture are 20 other people taking photos behind me. 📸😁 The woman in the silver sneakers on the wall sat there for several minutes, completely relaxed, right in the middle of the frame. 👟👩‍🦰 I don’t know how many people she annoyed by doing that. 😄 I was happy - I’ve taken photos at that spot many times. Now I have a new version. Thanks to the lady sneaking in silver. 😊
