We went to try Brooklyn Dumpling Shop @brooklyndumplingshop. The pork leek steamed dumplings were really good with thin wrappers, great texture, and flavorful fillings. The crispy wagyu dumplings had a satisfying crunch without being greasy, and the spicy crispy edamame was addictively good. Finished with a refreshing lychee lemonade and taro boba. Worth a stop if you’re on the UES.
