💥 Do you ever have to justify or argue your design decisions? 💪🏻 Being Data Driven is the easiest way to fight back stakeholders or developers and make them understand WHY a feature must be done. 🙏 Make sure to check out my last post which was “Which tools do you use for creating your portfolio?”.⠀⠀⠀ 🔮 Comment below: How do you justify your work? ⠀⠀ 👉 Follow @ux.byjosh for more content!⠀⠀⠀ .⠀ . . #uxdesigner #instaui #usercentereddesign #uicollections #websitedesigning #webbdesign #designui #uiuxdesigns #userresearch #uxresearch #uitrends #mobilefirst #uxdaily #dribbbleinvite #interactiondesign #dailywebdesign #designresearch #webdesigntips #website_design #experiencedesign #uxtips #theuiuxcollective #uiuxinspiration #ux_trends #designtools #designinglife #digitaldesigner #welovewebdesign #webdesignservices by @ux.byjosh

💥 Let's look at different Design Frame Works! 📚 We can start this series with Lean UX. It focuses on the experience under design and is less focused on deliverables than traditional UX. It requires a greater level of collaboration with the entire team. The core objective is to focus on obtaining feedback as early as possible. It is done by: 👉🏻 Collaborative sessions to build customer assumptions 👉🏻 Creating testing hypothesis from our assumptions 👉🏻 Turning assumptions into design soltuions 👉🏻 Quickly getting those solutions in the hands of real users 👉🏻 Lean looks at going from research-design in a matter of a few weeks. 🙏 Make sure to check out my last post which was “Which tools do you use for creating your portfolio?”.⠀⠀⠀ 🔮 Comment below: What Design Process do you use? ⠀⠀ 👉 Follow @ux.byjosh for more content!⠀⠀⠀ .⠀ . . #uxdesigner #instaui #usercentereddesign #uicollections #websitedesigning #webbdesign #designui #uiuxdesigns #userresearch #uxresearch #uitrends #mobilefirst #uxdaily #dribbbleinvite #interactiondesign #dailywebdesign #designresearch #webdesigntips #website_design #experiencedesign #uxtips #theuiuxcollective #uiuxinspiration #ux_trends #designtools #designinglife #digitaldesigner #welovewebdesign #webdesignservices by @ux.byjosh

💬 OPEN CAPTION: Do you ever find that when you complete research it just disappears into a folder some where, it get siloed away from other research or ends up being difficult to communicate your results on a holistic level to non-designers or other teams? 🧠 I had this issue. I found it difficult to tie all my different research experiments together into a holistic narrative that was showcasing what we were finding (and achieving) through design thinking with products. I was also finding that other colleagues where conducting similar research and getting similar results but due to the disconnect of data we were each just getting fragments of the story. 📚 Nearly a year ago me and a few colleagues decided to implement this idea of Atomic Research, which is based off the Atomic Design Model of breaking things down into smaller bytes or nuggets. We created a centralised repository that generates a narrative around what we have all done - using tagging or connections (drawing physical lines) between our data to see how every connects to each other and to break information down in a more concise manner! 🥰 So far it really works, so today I would like to share the idea of Atomic UX Research in this short post with you. I know this model is similar to so many different data synthesis models out there but this is one we have found super effective! 💬 Have you ever heard of the Atomic UX Research model? 🙏 Make sure to check out my last post which was “Reporting App Case Study”.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉 Follow @ux.byjosh for more content!⠀⠀⠀ .⠀ . . #websitedesigning #strategicthinking #uxresearch #mobileweb #webbdesign #uxdesigner #instaui #usercentereddesign #uicollections #designui #uiuxdesigns #userresearch #uitrends #mobilefirst #uxdaily #dribbbleinvite #interactiondesign #dailywebdesign #designresearch #webdesigntips #website_design #experiencedesign #uxtips #theuiuxcollective #uiuxinspiration #ux_trends #atomicdesign taken in Dublin, Ireland by @ux.byjosh
