On July 23 we're hosting summer breeze: 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀. UX, design, engineering – whatever your title happens to say.

❓𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀:
There's a lot going on in product teams right now... the way UX, design and engineering work together keeps shifting – and nobody really agrees anymore on who builds digital products these days, or how. It's messy, but honestly pretty interesting. And most of those conversations still happen in their own little bubbles, rarely across roles. We think the good stuff happens when those bubbles meet, so we're bringing everyone into one room.

👉 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗲𝗱:
Local communities introduce themselves, a short impulse to kick things off, and the rest of the evening is for meeting new people and catching up with familiar ones, drink in hand.

(The room's a good one, too: nexxar is letting us take over their office in the 15th, mind-bogglingly beautiful view from the terrace included.)

BIG NEWS: We're launching Future Builders! 🎉

Nobody asked for this much change this fast.
But here we are.

We had a great time with you yesterday!

So at first, all you could see from "summer breeze" was the "breeze" part – it literally rained all day (proper April weather lol). But then the summer finally decided to show up and blessed us with the most beautiful evening vibes and views.

The house was full, which was amazing.

Huge thanks to nexxar for hosting us and Christopher Widauer for the hilarious talk about UX in the music industry – and also for being the Brompton bike guy 🚲

This beautiful spot could be your sundowner place for one evening. 🌆

On July 23rd, we're hosting our summer breeze afterwork evening at nexxar and everyone working in digital product is invited: designers, researchers, product managers, developers... you name it!

Pro tip for hot summer days in Vienna: The @wienmuseum is free to visit and a great place to escape the heat for a while. It’s also a fascinating entry point into Vienna’s history – including the early days of the @univienna.

Founded in 1365, it was already educating students around 1400 – almost five centuries before its iconic Main Building opened in 1884.

This September, uxcon will take place in that same university, becoming part of a story that started more than 660 years ago. 🥹

We'll gather in the impressive Audimax, Austria's largest lecture hall, and spend time in the beautiful Arkadenhof, one of the university's most recognizable courtyards.

➡️ And the Wien Museum?

Even in September it's a wonderful place to dive into Vienna's history... so if you've got a little time after uxcon, go and explore! It's well worth the visit. 🙂

The sun's out, the weekend's almost here... and somewhere in the back of our heads, the countdown to September is quietly running. ⏳️

Because in less than 3 months (!!!), we'll all be in one room again.

Talks, new ideas, coffee-fueled workshops, and hopefully that one session that completely changes how you think about your next project. 🙂

Until then: enjoy the sunshine, bring all that summer energy with you – and don't forget to grab your ticket in time, because because conference passes are selling like hot cakes (or as we say in Vienna: like warm Semmeln 🍞)
