Seeing Olivia Dean live in Austin, the last stop of her US tour, and she sounds exactly the same as the album. Rare talent, and somehow even more humble and authentic in person. “Dive” is my favorite song and hearing it live felt different. Perfect way to close out Victoria’s birthday weekend. 🎶

My baby has officially completed his first week of 4th Grade. I gave birth to this amazing human being and placed him in God’s hands ever since and the Lord has done exceedingly, abundantly, all that I could ask or think. Happy Father’s Day to my favorite person in the whole wide world.

My favorite thing about you is watching you be a father.

This past year has been such an incredible one as we watched J finish high school, and every day it became more obvious that he is so much like you. Witty, smart, funny, and blessed with that quirky dry humor that always catches people off guard. But beyond that, he’s kind, thoughtful, and deeply caring. Just like you.

One of the things I admire most about you is that nothing gets past you. You have an incredible sense of justice and always do your best to right every wrong. You make people feel seen, protected, and safe. You allow people to be themselves, and our children have grown up knowing they are loved, valued, and supported because of you.

These kids are so blessed to have you as their dad.

You are my best friend, the most loving baby daddy, and the person I trust most in this world. Watching you love our family has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.

I would choose this life with you a million times over.
