POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

thanks to Varvara for not being afraid of showing herself, for trying everything new and being so sincere
it’s been almost 1 year that i’m into afro culture and i can’t even describe how happy i am… the year of support from everyone, sharing with each other, finding close friends, exploring new countries and everything because of dance!
this special moment happened in @afropolska , amazing place by @oliwia.ratynska with lots of inspiration, talented people and warm atmosphere
the class of @__itsjohnny that i was really waiting for (and tbh the main reason why i went to this camp) when i heard the song and saw Johnny dancing, it was a total heartbreak because of the beauty and the feeling 💔
i enjoyed every second of it and danced with my soul!
thanks to johnny for the opportunity to share my art, for the incredible support, inspiration and self-confidence that i really needed!
dance is about people, talking without words and being urself 🤍 u can feel all of it through the video and understand why i love it!
i’m grateful to be a part of this community and ready to explore more!

also big thanks to @mariadiagileva for filming 🫂🫶🏼 taken in Warsaw, Poland by @v.efl

one year ago i was watching Hamilton’s videos every day and couldn’t imagine seeing him in real life, he was my biggest inspiration and still is…

now i’m being selected in his class and dancing together with him showing confidence in the moves and understanding of the style

life is crazy and i feel everything is possible for reallll
so guys, keep going and don’t give up! work hard and be proud of yourself, of every little achievement
i can finally see my progress and my desire to grow is only increasing

thank u to @hamilton_vipajiz for all the knowledge he gave me, for the crazy support and inspiration!

merci à Hamilton pour toutes les connaissances qu’il m’a apporté, pour son soutien fou et son inspiration🫂🫶🏼

and special thanks to @school_of_afro and @lucia.rafaell for the amazing weekend and lots of motivation! sweet memoriesss taken in Berlin, Germany by @v.efl

i think it’s my fav round so far, i rewatched it so many times and i still like it…

that’s actually how i imagine my good round - enjoyment, connection with the music, steps that I’ve learnt and a lot of playing. you can even see how many emotions i’ve changed and how i felt there.

so nice to see that some of my previous trainings are giving the results and i’m really using some things in the battles. thanks to @marteenscapde and @senhorosa for showing me ghanaians steps at our combo trainings, to @yanice_official , @lavellanora and our oyofe company performance for the naija inspirations - you can notice my body naturally used some concepts. also thanks to @rich_boy_hero who taught me his tiktok challenge at oyofe and some steps just got stuck in my body and came in the right time hahahah im actually very inspired to train asokpor because this music scared me a bit at first but my body wants to dance itttt, doesn’t know how to do it yet but already ready to learn

so again im glad to see the results, i never entered the battle with the goal of winning. but this time it happened and im forever grateful for this experience, it just opened something in me that i’ll try to explore more!!

big thanks to @stasyan10 and her sweet project @afropassiondancecamp for the amazing atmosphere and one & only @atilenak_off for the judging and making me believe in myself!

and ofc always big thanks to all my friends and people that support me!! especially @goshanskiy_ and @_rufinakareva_ , i’ll show you in the stories their crazy support - can’t imagine that camp without them ❤️‍🩹🫂 and without my @m__veselova - лучшая соседка эвер и самая громкая моя фанатка!!!

P.S. i’m lowkey starting to like the way i dance hahaha and appreciating people around me!

btw it was already my 4th round in 7toSmoke… and trust me - i was dyinggggg! so the crazy ghanaian song gave me the energy i needed taken in Moscow, Russia by @v.efl

my international friends, sorry but i felt like this post should be in russian - thanks to insta for the translation function. use it please if you are interested in how i spent my vacation 🤪 taken in Sochi, Russia by @v.efl

here is my battle preselection from Porto. can you guess why Im smiling while dancing afrohouse (very unusual thing for me)?!

there is only one possible reason - dancing against the sweetest @the.ardaolmez. thanks for the energy and exchange, I loved it so much!

this battle was very special for me because i was enjoying every second of it, i was not trying to show how cool I am or prove something to anyone, i was just dancing and having fun. and i think i just understood the whole point of it… not thinking how you look or what you do, just connecting to music, people and yourself! it’s sooo beautiful and joyful. wishing you all to be free with your mind and try it as well. there are so many things to work on ofc but i’m just happy seeing myself enjoying the dance.

thanks to the judges @coridlionne @misslulucreates @dhq_aysha5jhanne for giving me opportunity to show myself. thanks to all my friends for their support and so many amazing words about my dance - I truly appreciate it and can’t be more grateful for it 🫂🫶🏼

P.S. also this video answers to the question about my fav/main styles. and i was finally using ntcham without forcing it! my body just feels it taken in Porto, Portugal by @v.efl
