I had built a CNC, something that I should've documented a long time ago.
The experience was lot of realizations. I had started this when i was 17, by 2022, made first cuts, applied to NIDHI schemes, and slowly ended up finding my way into design.

These are the prototypes I printed back in 2023. As I became more interested in pursuing industrial or transportation design, I started learning Alias surface modeling and prototyped many of my client projects. This particular prototype is a panel I remodeled using a reference mesh and manual measurements for redevelopment of molds.

These were printed using a 0.6mm nozzle with thick layers for added strength and reduced print time. If I remember correctly, they were completed within 16 hours. This printer was a huge leap in speed for me, as I was printing at 120–200mm/s, compared to the 50–60mm/s limit on Ender 3.

But of course, the mind always wants more—now I wish I had built an even bigger printer! 😓

"2023: Final year of engineering, drowning in projects and client work—barely had time to post any of it.

It all started with wanting a 3D printer to prototype the stuff I had in mind. But after not being satisfied with Vorons and RatRigs, I ended up designing and building my own. This was the 3rd one.
