Confidence to attempt the difficult is the first step.

Putting in the practice is the second.

And the execution?

That’s the reward for staying persistent and simply giving it a go.

You know, sometimes you turn up to class and just don’t get it. 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 But does that stop you? Nah! You just keep showing up and trusting the process.

We all learn differently. Some of us pick things up quicker, while others need a little more time, and that’s okay!

Take me, for example. Sometimes I have to watch the steppers in front of me, pay attention to where they’re placing their feet on the board, and keep practising until it starts to click.

Other times, it’s not that I can’t do the move or combo. It’s just that little bit of self-doubt or lack of confidence holding me back.

But when I stop overthinking, let go, and fully commit, I sometimes surprise myself with what I can actually do! 🙌🏽🔥

So remember, every mistake, every missed step, and every moment of confusion is all part of the journey. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Keep showing up, keep practising, and trust that you’ll get there in your own time.

Progress is progress, no matter how long it takes. Just keep showing up & stepping! ❤️👟🔥 by @v33n4h
