You either pay now
Or you pay later

Now costs discipline
Later costs regret

Most people choose comfort
And call it patience
Because If nothing changes
Nothing changes… taken in San Diego, California by @v8drr

You made a 20-year investment decision. Why are you judging it every 20 minutes?
Know what you own. Understand your risk. Review your strategy.
But don’t confuse constantly checking your portfolio with actually managing it.
Reel 74/365.

Lock in gym motivation is not just upper body. Winter arc, Oct to Dec, and legs are part of the deal. Leg press or squats on leg day, what are you picking?

Sometimes protecting your ego means editing out the exact information you need to grow.

Ask two questions:

What was genuinely outside my control?

What part is mine to own?

Accountability isn’t blaming yourself for everything. It’s finding what you can learn from.

You don’t need a story that protects your ego. You need one accurate enough to teach you something.

Reel 73/365.

Everything is built on a foundation, and the foundation starts with your legs. Deficit RDLs: stand on the plate, earn the stretch, move the weight. What are you pulling on RDLs?

“I got more disciplined” leaves out the part someone else could learn from.

What happened? What did you change? What are you still learning?

You can share something useful while keeping parts of your life private.

A dream I forgot I had came true this weekend.

I had the honor of speaking in front of over 1,000+ entrepreneurs at our Leadership and Entrepreneurship Summit.

There was a season where grief, loss, and starting over made me stop dreaming. I wasn’t thinking about what I really wanted out of my life. I was just trying to survive, rebuild, and figure out how to create a life that honored the legacy of the people I had lost.

But somewhere in the rebuilding, I found my voice again.

I’ve always wanted to inspire, coach, mentor, and speak on stages that help people believe and dream bigger for their lives.

This weekend reminded me that sometimes the dreams you thought were gone are really just waiting for you to become the person who can carry them.

Grateful for this moment. I’ve never been more excited for my life, what’s to come, and the mission we get to build: No Family Left Behind.

Next dream: 30,000+ people. More impact. More lives changed. 🙌🏽

5 myths keeping families unprotected. Myth 1: “It’s too expensive.” Myth 5 costs the most. The most expensive policy is the one you never bought. Which number got you? Comment it.

Champions Summit 2026 | Nashville, TN 🏆

It’s good to be back in Nashville! This past weekend:

• Spoke on stage in front of 1,000 entrepreneurs
• Our team recognized in almost every category
• Joey and Victor recognized for becoming junior brokers
• Virtuity sweeping awards across the board
• Welcoming Nicole and Inna, our two newest team members, to their first big event

Proud of how far we’ve come and grateful for our team’s camaraderie, loyalty, belief, and support for one another. Each award represents the families we’ve helped and the dedication our team has to changing lives every day.

Thank you @jaime.villalovos and @shawnvmd for the opportunity to speak and share my story. It was a pleasure and an honor to be part of this incredible event 🙏🏾 (and the amazing firework show!)
