**Weekend Wrap-Up**

A challenging weekend at Mount Panorama, but we finished on a positive note and with plenty of confidence heading to the Gold Coast next week.

Our weekend got off to a rough start after a brake line was damaged during practice, eventually failing and forcing us to miss qualifying.

Race 1: Starting from the back of the grid, we managed to work our way forward and gain five positions.

Race 2: A race spent mostly behind the Safety Car, which actually worked in our favour after developing a power steering fault. We dropped three positions but were fortunate the issue didn't cost us more.

Race 3: A crash directly in front of us blocked the track, leaving us well behind the field. The remainder of the race was spent trying to make up the lost ground.

Race 4: By far our strongest race of the weekend. I finally had confidence in the car without having to worry about mechanical issues. We managed to find almost four seconds per lap compared to earlier in the weekend, which was a massive step forward.

It's been a frustrating season at times with being caught up with on track issues preventing us from showing our true pace, but Sunday's final race was a good reminder of what we're capable of when everything is working as it should.

A massive thank you to @unidenaustralia for their support throughout the 2026 season and @supercheap_auto for partnering with our team for the biggest round of the year. The livery looked fantastic making its way around Mount Panorama.

Now we turn our attention to the Gold Coast in just a week and a half. We're heading there with a straight car, some much needed confidence and the knowledge that we have the pace to be competitive. taken in Mount Panorama Circuit by @v8superutes

Bathurst 2026 @v8superutes - was good to be back behind the wheel , progressing each session - Dam the regular boys in this category are on it !!

Came away with the hard charger for the wknd after having to work for a result with 3 Rear of Grid starts, made me work at the wheel 🤘

I tried Morse Code and Braille with @richardmork and both didn't seem to work, so now I have the @unidenaustralia UHF , the @siedersracing will get this system dialed and ready to go for GC 600 👊🏻 to help me let Morkey know I'm coming thru !
