Lightweight, FEA validated and homologated roll cages. For a long time, that was an expensive route, and hard to justify for a single car. Because the design is validated by calculation, it can deviate from the standard designs in the FIA regulations. The result is a cage thatโ€™s around 25% lighter. That changed when we sat down with @mosselmanturbo. Their plan: a complete concept to turn a BMW M2 (G87) into a race car, for drivers who dream of going racing. A great choice of car with huge potential, but not a light one. Thatโ€™s where our lightweight welded roll cage comes in. To keep costs down, weโ€™ll produce these cages in batches of five. The engineering is done once and shared across every car. The first car will be on display at the @essenmotorshow, 27 November โ€“ 6 December 2026, hall 3, stand 3A11. Come and see it in person. Want a spot in the first batch? Order through us or through Mosselman Turbo Systems. Send a DM for more info. #BMWM2 #G87 #M2G87 #rollcage #motorsport by @va.fabrication

A bit of framework to make this wing WORK ๐Ÿชฝ๐Ÿš€ The @arperformance.zolder G80 M3 was back at the shop for phase 2. After fabricating the lightweight roll cage (42kg ๐Ÿค ), we came up with a solid plan for mounting this really high end @aprperformance rear wing. (This wing shows truly perfection in all details๐Ÿ˜) We built a dedicated frame that ties directly into the chassis: strong, stiff and lightweight. The wing is mounted directly to these brackets, taking all the load off the carbon trunk lid. @arne.reynders thanks again for this mega project ๐Ÿ”ฅ #bmwg80 #aprperformance #gotwings #racecar #aerodynamics by @va.fabrication
