STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM. ❤️🖤

It’s OCTOBER 1ST — which means spooky season is officially here 🎃👻… but more importantly, today is the VERY FIRST DAY we officially begin welcoming your 2026–2027 SOAR SQUAD MEMBERS! 🦅📣

The goal was 10.. we got 10!!😭🥹❤️

As we move into October, our roster will officially CLOSE so we can begin preparing for uniform sizing & ordering, fundraising, practices, travel plans, events and our upcoming season.

But before we start introducing these women, I need y’all to understand something about them. 🥹

These women are SPECIAL.

They didn’t wait until they saw us on a sideline.
They didn’t wait for the uniforms to arrive.
They didn’t wait for the pictures, videos, events or proof that this could work.

They said YES while SOAR was still being built.

They took a chance on an idea. They took a chance on themselves. And they trusted that something beautiful could come from starting at the bottom and building it TOGETHER.

Please help us welcome our FINAL commitment, Ashlee “Ash,” to SOAR Squad! 🥹📣

Ash is a mom of five, content creator, and former behavioral therapist specializing in autism. She cheered when she was younger, and now she’s stepping back into a part of herself she’s missed — not just as a mom or wife, but as ASH.❤️

She’s ready for the sisterhood, game-day energy, traveling, performing, making memories, and doing something completely outside of her everyday mom life.

And we LOVE what her commitment represents:

Néya is officially COMMITTED and we are so excited to have her stepping into this first SOAR season with us! 🥹

A Licensed Master Esthetician, full-time RN student, coach, and most importantly a mama, Néya is proof that even when life is FULL, you can still make room to do something for YOU. ❤️

She’s joining SOAR with no previous cheer experience—but plenty of sideline coaching experience 😂—ready to try something new, find her freedom outside of nursing school, build genuine sisterhood, and show her beautiful babies that we really can do anything we set our minds to.

Her heart for God, her family, education, healthcare equality, self-improvement, and uplifting others fits beautifully into what we’re building.

Another woman said YES to doing something for herself and we couldn’t be more excited to have her. 🥹

Meet Tam — a social worker, former high school & college cheerleader, family girl, foodie 😂, and most importantly, a woman who carries her love for God and her family close to her heart. 🙏🏾❤️

For Tam, SOAR is about finding a group of women she can genuinely connect with, building new friendships, getting back into something she’s always loved, staying active, and making memories along the way.

Sometimes God places new people and new opportunities in your life at exactly the right time. ❤️

We can’t wait to see the friendships, laughs, game days, and memories this season brings her.

And to think… this all started with an IDEA on August 3rd. 🥹❤️🖤

No team. No events. No followers. No fundraiser. No guarantee anyone would even say yes.

And now look at us. 🦅 A FAMILY WHO SUPPORTS!

7 women took the chance.
People started sharing.
People started showing up.
Events started getting booked.
Our first fundraiser is TWO weeks away.
And we haven’t even had our first practice yet. 😭

SOAR is proof that you don’t have to know exactly what you’re doing to start. Sometimes you just need an idea, a little courage, and people willing to believe in it with you.

And we are JUST getting started.

So my question is… what else can we accomplish before 2026 ends?! 👀

SOAR Squad is the FIRST adult women’s cheer team supporting a team in the AWFL! ❤️‍🔥

Women’s tackle football continues to grow, with teams all across the United States giving women the opportunity to step onto the field, compete, and be a part of something bigger.

And now we’re bringing CHEER to that story. 📣

SOAR was created to give adult women a place on the sidelines too — whether you cheered your entire life, haven’t cheered in years, or have never picked up a pom-pom before.

This is women supporting women on AND off the field. 🏈📣
