Fuentes: “El chef Amar Santana está viviendo su Sueño Americano”, por Eliana Dockterman en Time; “Top Chef Finalist Amar Santana On The American Dream And What’s Next”, de Katie Kelly Bell en Forbes, y “From Broadway to Barcelona: Chef Amar Santana extends his global culinary reach”, de Vaca Restaurant.
