VAEL Vol.2 — Taste

Umami. Clean. Natural. Velvety.

Grown above 1000m —
in mountain mist, where the air stays cool and still.

Slower growth.
Deeper flavour.

We use only first harvest leaves,
stone-milled into an ultra-fine powder.

100% matcha.
Nothing added.

And still — never bitter.

Just a soft, velvety body,
with a natural sweetness that rises, then lingers.

—

From the clouds,
to your cup.

One day, one pop-up, and A LOT of matcha. 🍵🫠

We teamed up with @rxee_hub for a little matcha moment, serving our signature Coconut Matcha 🥥💚 paired with our Matcha Melt Madeleines — soft, buttery, with a matcha ganache centre.

A huge thank you to everyone who came by, had a sip, and shared the day with us. And of course, thank you @rxee_hub for having us! ✨

More little matcha moments soon…

Autumn is almost here, but I’m not ready to leave summer behind just yet. ☀️🍋🍵

A little reminder to post the summer you spent romanticising.
The sun, the swims, the long lunches, the matcha runs… all of it. 🤍
