Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) ✔️
Successful defense of my doctoral research project grounded in qualitative research ✔️
Upsilon Phi Delta honor society ✔️
Officially hooded ✔️

These past few years have been a journey of working full-time while completing an online doctoral program—countless Zoom sessions, late nights, and constant stretching in every direction. It was challenging in ways I can’t fully put into words, but deeply worth it.

I’m incredibly grateful to my faculty and professors at @atstilluniversity for their guidance and support, and to everyone who cheered me on along the way.

To my cohort ladies, Karly & Kennedy, shoutout to you both. What started as classmates became lifelong friendships 🩷

If there’s one takeaway from this journey, it’s that there’s no age limit to learning, growing, or starting again.
And with that, signing off as Dr. P.

Congrats to the 2026 graduates 🎓

From watching her movies in the early 2000s to getting invited to listen to her inspiring words and finally a meet & greet with this beautiful soul, Ameesha Patel, years later. 🥹✨

Clearly beautiful inside and out. 🤍🙏🏽

World Photography Day.
Revisiting frames from Odisha. ☀️📸

I don’t know why, but today felt like the day to share these.

Odisha, in the eastern part of motherland, felt surprisingly far from what I’m familiar with. A different culture, language, and region. Definitely outside my comfort zone, but perhaps that’s what made the experience so memorable.

And then there was Konark, one of the highlights that stayed with me. I remember standing in front of the Sun Temple, feeling like I could spend hours just looking. The closer you get, the more you discover which include the stone wheels, intricate carvings, sculptures, and countless little details.

Some places you visit and move on from.
Some places make you pause.

Konark was definitely the latter for me.

A few frames from a place that was unfamiliar, extraordinary, and worth stepping outside my comfort zone for.
