Every fortnight I meal prep for Valas breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is just 1 weeks worth as there is still a weeks worth in the freezer. This takes about 2 - 3 hours in total, which isn’t too bad as I get lots of other things done while it’s cooking.
Vala eats 600g of this every day over 6 meals and she has never been better!
For anyone wanting to know, this is what’s in it:
1.5kg turkey mince
3 carrots
1 sweet potato
Frozen green beans (I don’t measure it)
1 large broccoli
1 zucchini
1 red capsicum
1 apple
1 butternut pumpkin (mashed)
250g macaroni (mixed into the pumpkin) by @valathedestroyer

Absolutely wrecked after a big walk along the Goolwa river front this morning. It started out chilly and ended up sunny and beautiful! ☀️ by @valathedestroyer

So moomoo loves to do this thing called ‘Washy Facey’, where she rubs her foot over her eye, then looks at you all cute. You then have to rub her eyes. Then she grabs your hand with her foot and licks for 5 minutes. It’s weird and cute and I love her ❤️🐶 by @valathedestroyer

This little girl has had a big day. Yesterday afternoon she jumped off the couch and hurt her front leg. She was limping a bit but seemed fine, and she slept well, but we were lucky enough to get her into the vet this morning for a check. Some anti inflammatories and a brochure for osteoarthritis injections later, she is feeling better.
Poor little girl is getting old ❤️ by @valathedestroyer

These are not actual photos of Vala! They are AI generated using a specific set of instructions (which I copied from someone else - I didn’t think of it myself) and uploading the third picture as a reference. How crazy!! #aiimage #chatgpt by @valathedestroyer
