I had a dream. Becoming instructor of free diving.
Free diving has been part of my life since I have stopped scuba diving and I wanted to push myself deeper into this wonderful discipline.
When I have enrolled myself into the course I knew it was not easy. It was indeed one of the biggest challenges ever.
It has been a great process on emotional and physical levels.
You can understand my happiness when finally I got my static test with 4'20''😜
I ve thought it was a miracle but as my great master @deepzen_kosho says: there are no miracles.

I better call: TRUST EFFORTS and LOVE.
The opposite of fear? It is LOVE.
I have learned a great lesson: LOVE WHAT YOU DO AND BE CONSCIOUS ABOUT IT.

Take it with you every single breath till deep in the water.

My deepest gratitude to my soul sister @marinacastellorigo . Couldn't be the same without her love and deep support 🥰💙🥰
And to @polben1 for motivating me and keeping up out of the water😍🤸
And again to @conversazioni.informali for funny training together!!!🙈🤣

And of course to my Zen Master @deepzen_kosho for his life lessons on the surface and in the water.
Meditation, laughs, discipline, good and serious fun makes you a great diver AND a better person.

I keep this incredible process in my heart so full right now that it can explode of happiness.

Sharm El SHEIKH always has been in my heart and in my soul.
I am deeply happy to be back where everything started for me.
30 years ago I did my first try in the water with scuba regulator. Not even full equipment, and I fall in LOVE.
This kind of love gets in your soul forever.
No matter when or how but love is present and heart is now ready to scream and express this passion to the world.

Follow me, I will be here to show you the wonders that made me falling in love since I was a kid.

Be in love, follow your dreams and listen to your heart.

2026 was for me a time to dedicate to family and friends.
