#Halloween 🎃 by @vale_nutricoach

There is something magical about waking up early, when the world is still asleep, and dedicating one hour entirely to myself. ❤️

My hour. The hour when I can be 100% ME.

For that one hour, I don’t have to be a good professional, a good mother, a good partner or a good friend. I don’t have to meet expectations, respond to demands or try to be what someone else needs me to be.

I just have to be myself. With my limits, my ambitions, my determination and my desire to improve.

And I do something that many people would probably find incredibly boring: repeating the same exercises, the same movements, week after week. Lifting tons of weight, putting in the work, embracing the struggle and chasing improvements that sometimes seem almost insignificant.

But that’s exactly where the magic lies.

Because real progress is rarely spectacular. It doesn’t happen overnight. It is built slowly, through repetition, consistency, small steps forward, good days and difficult ones.

And then, when you look back, you realise just how far you’ve come.

Perhaps this is what I love most about training: it’s not just about physical strength. It’s a space of freedom, identity, discipline and respect for myself.
One hour to remind myself who I am, without having to be anything else.

🌱 WEEK 4 BUILDING SUSTAINABLE HABITS 💚
Tired of sugar cravings? 🍫 The answer isn’t more willpower, it’s better habits!

🥚 Start your day with a protein-rich breakfast.
🌾 Add fibre to keep you feeling satisfied.
🧠 Listen to your body and understand your cravings.
💚 Eat mindfully, without guilt or extreme restrictions.

Remember: sometimes cravings are your body asking for food, rest or comfort. The first step is learning to recognise the difference.

✨ Small habits. Better choices. Long-term results.
The goal isn’t to eliminate sugar forever, but to enjoy it consciously rather than feeling controlled by it.
👇 Your challenge this week: Can you start your day with a protein-rich breakfast instead of reaching for something sweet? by @vale_nutricoach

Week 3 – The Hidden Sugar 🔍

Theme: Read the ingredients. Look beyond the “healthy” claims.
Just because a product says “no added sugar” doesn’t necessarily mean it’s sugar-free!

🍯 Honey, agave syrup, rice syrup, malt syrup, fruit juice concentrates and many other ingredients can still contribute sugars to your diet.
Food packaging is designed to catch your attention with claims like “natural,” “healthy” or “no added sugar.” But the real story is often hidden in the ingredient list on the back. 👀

Last week, we tackled the obvious sources of added sugar. This week, it’s time to become Hidden Sugar Detectives! 🕵️‍♀️

🎯 Your challenge this week:

Turn the package around and read the ingredient list.

Look out for sugar and its many alternative names.

Try to avoid products where sugar, syrups or other sweetening ingredients appear among the first three ingredients.

💡 Remember: The ingredients are listed in descending order by weight. The higher a sweetening ingredient appears on the list, the more of it the product generally contains.

Let’s look beyond the marketing, make informed choices and take another step towards breaking free from our dependence on added sugar! by @vale_nutricoach

🍭 Sugar Reset – Week 2 starts tomorrow! 💪🏻

This week: Remove the obvious sources of added sugar! 🚫🥤🍫 No sugary drinks, sweets, candy, chocolate bars or sweet snacks.

🧠 Added sugar can influence energy, hunger, concentration and cravings. Reducing it may help you notice more stable energy and fewer cravings.

✨ Your mission: Pay attention to how you feel throughout the day!

🥑 Share your favourite healthy snack recipe or product to inspire us!

Let’s do this! 💪🏻 by @vale_nutricoach

✨The Reset Sugar Challenge starts tomorrow ✨

Week 1 – Where is sugar hiding?

Theme: Discover added sugars and learn how to read food labels.

🍎 Sugar in fruit is not the same as added sugar.
Fruit naturally contains sugar, but it also provides fibre, water, vitamins and minerals, which help slow down absorption and increase satiety. Added sugar, on the other hand, is added during food production and provides calories without the same nutritional benefits.

🔍This week, become a sugar detective: track the food you consume daily, have a quick look into the label. Is there sugar in it? Or maybe in a hidden form ?

👉 If an ingredient is added mainly to make the product sweeter, your body doesn’t care much whether it is called sugar, syrup, honey, malt, or concentrate, it is still a source of free sugars.

Have fun playing detective role 🫶🏻 by @vale_nutricoach

🍂 OCTOBER SUGAR CHALLENGE 🍂

Confession: I am obsessed with added sugar. 🍭👀

After years working in food quality and nutrition, I learned one thing: sugar isn’t just in sweets. It’s hidden in products we often consider healthy, and most people have no idea how much they’re actually consuming.

That’s why I’m launching a FREE 4-Week Sugar Challenge this October.

Every week on Monday you’ll get:

✨ A new challenge
✨ A practical task
✨ Nutrition insights
✨ Simple habits you can keep for life

This is NOT:

❌ A diet
❌ A detox
❌ A “never eat sugar again” program

This IS:

✅ Awareness
✅ Better choices
✅ Real-life habits
✅ Progress, not perfection

Together we’ll learn how to spot hidden sugars, reduce unnecessary intake, and build a healthier relationship with food.

Are you ready to become a Sugar Detective? 🕵️‍♀️🍬

The superpower of the 21st century isn’t being busy, it’s being able to focus.

In a world of notifications, endless scrolling, and constant interruptions, Deep Work by Cal Newport reminds us that our greatest results come from uninterrupted concentration.

💡 My biggest takeaways:

🔹 Focus is a skill. The more you train it, the stronger it becomes.

🔹 Busyness ≠ Productivity. Being occupied all day doesn’t mean you’re creating meaningful work.

🔹 Protect your attention. Every distraction steals energy from your goals.

🔹 Schedule deep work. Don’t wait for focus to appear, create time for it.

🔹 Quality work requires quality attention. Excellence is rarely produced in a distracted state.

🏋️‍♀️ Whether you’re training for a competition, building a business, raising a family, or working on personal growth, progress happens when you give your full attention to what matters most.

Today’s challenge:

Put your phone away for 60 minutes and work on one important task with complete focus.

You may be surprised by how much you accomplish.
