✨MEET YOUR 05/03 YOGA TEACHER✨
Valeria @valecolmenarez 🩵

Hi yogis, good morning!
My name is Valeria, and I can’t wait to connect with you this Saturday through movement and mindfulness. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2021, and I’m so proud to now call myself a teacher (#YTT12).
Yoga has been a way for me to stay connected to myself — not just physically, but mentally — and it has truly changed my life for the better.
Let’s disconnect to reconnect together with a dynamic yet restorative vinyasa flow and start the weekend in an amazing way! taken in Miami Beach by @valecolmenarez

Suddenly I see…
It’s a little over a month from our #TT12 graduation, truly such a surreal experience and one of the best decision I’ve ever done in my life, is crazy how 3 month so much within you can change and evolve for the best if you have the right mindset.

Everyone in my TT have such special place in my heart and I feel so bless to have found such an amazing family and community.

Love vale🫶🏼

PSA doing this post felt like saying good bye to my TT and that’s why I dreaded it so much even tho I knew I’ve been wanting to share this with you guys 😩❤️ taken in Miami, Florida by @valecolmenarez

Is been a week since @tiffanyashlynn and I taught our first full yoga class, words can’t describe how we felt afterwards and now is when I can bring myself to give you guys a recap.

A room full of people that support you and love you is amazing and more is vulnerable moments like this, couldn’t feel more lucky to be part of #TT12 @mimiyogastudio.

Wishing all the TT an amazing class and I know they will kill it ❤️❤️
