I've been anxiously waiting to share that after 8 years of therapeutic practice I am starting my first massage business, Hands of Chiron.

"You remind me of Chiron", my therapist mentioned during a session. He is the wounded healer, sharer of medicinal knowledge. We all are going through something - When we heal together we create community. Compassion for the self reflects onto compassion for others.

This year my family was blessed to take our first trip to visit my grandfathers village, Mesa Didyma in Chios, Greece. We are even more fortunate to be here with him guiding us, sharing his memories, and introducing us to family that only had existed in photographs. My practice will honor my family, my culture celebrated with you all. One example being the use of mastic, resin found on mastic trees, that is known by the people of my island for its healing properties.

Please follow @handsofchiron for updates on pricing, scheduling, events🧿

Thank you to my clients, family, and friends for constant support & believing in me ! taken in Baltimore, Maryland by @valentheen

İstanbul, Türkiye on film

I pulled a fortune in Istanbul before getting engaged that read:
Romantik bir surprız ayaklarını yerden
‹kesebilir, hazırlıklı ol. A romantic surprise can take your feet off the ground, be prepared
I came with no expectations, every turn was a new treasure🖤

3 years later on film ....
Xios, Athens, & islands between.

It was harder to take photos this trip. I found my feet grounding beneath the soil, my mind hugging each moment with open arms, and my eyes swallowing the sea - a constant flow combed through my lashes.

To show up imperfect with no expectations, to growing and changing like a lotus breaking through water. A force that cracked the foundation and the light that overcame darkness. I love you endlessly 🖤 taken in Ερέχθειο (Erechtheion) by @valentheen

Not often are you stitched in the very center of someone's vision. Trusting the hand that holds the needle. Watching fragile fabric gain structure. A dance between vulnerability & control.

Rip fantasy machine, you've opened doors to meet incredibly talented artists that have inspired my own fantasies these past 3 years☁️ thank you ! taken in Current Space by @valentheen
