hosted the Community Games with 14+ different sports communities and 600+ attendees

hiked 96km through the Black Forest

finally met the Berlin boys again

realised I have lost 16kg since April

now working in the sun for 3 days, while getting back to training more consistently again

staying in the momentum

After running the Last Soul Ultra in October, I had enough of running. I went from running 4x to 0–1x per week. Went to the gym more often instead. Transplanted my hair in January and needed to stop training for 4 weeks. Gained 13kg since then. Weight at an all-time high. Then I said “if you’re heavier than ever, you better be stronger than ever” — so the goal was to break my bench press PR by 10kg. Took 13 L’s on the journey. People told me it wouldn’t be possible by the end of March. Today I benched 150kg. Now watch me go back to 90kg bodyweight in the next 90 days.

Life is good.

It started with a run analysis 4 years ago.

The result was: Cloudmonster is the shoe that fits me best.
