The way you think affects the way you live.

We all face difficult days, problems, fears, and situations that don’t go as planned. But the same situation can feel very different depending on how we think about it. Sometimes our thoughts make things harder: “I can’t do this,” “I always fail,” or “Everything will go wrong.” These thoughts can make us feel stuck and stop us from taking action. But we can learn to think in a more helpful way: “What can I do?”, “What can I learn from this?”, “What is my next step?” This doesn’t mean thinking that everything is perfect. It means learning to see things clearly, stay calm, deal with difficulties, and keep moving forward. The way you think is a skill, and you can improve it. Better thinking can help you handle life’s challenges, reach your goals, and create a better life.

Working on yourself is not only about your thoughts, goals, or emotions. It can also change the way you see yourself and the way you want to present yourself to the world.

Sometimes, when we start feeling more confident, setting new goals, overcoming difficulties, and taking better care of ourselves, our outside image changes too. We may want to dress differently, take more care of ourselves, or finally buy something we have wanted for a long time.

And sometimes, a small gift to yourself can be a reminder of something bigger: “I value myself. I am allowed to choose beautiful things for myself. I am building a life I enjoy.”

Improving your life can happen both inside and outside. The way you think, the goals you set, the way you take care of yourself, and the way you express yourself can all be connected.

Sometimes, a pair of earrings is just a pair of earrings. And sometimes, it is a small symbol of the way you have started to see yourself differently.

✨ Hi, I’m Valeria.

I’m a Psychology MSc, CBT-therapist, Certified Coach and I help my clients become who they truly want to be—inside and out.

More than five years ago, I left Saint Petersburg and moved to France to build a completely new life.

Since then, I’ve transformed far more than just my address.

Today, I work in the fashion industry with some of the world’s leading luxury brands, live in Paris, speak three languages, and have completely reinvented my personal style.

But my biggest transformation wasn’t external. It happened within.

I work with clients in two main formats: individual consultations and group work. I also use two main approaches: CBT and coaching.

CBT helps when you want to understand what is making your life difficult right now, change unhelpful thoughts and habits, and learn how to deal better with stress, fear, difficult emotions, and challenging situations.

Coaching is more focused on the future. It helps you understand what you want, set clear goals, find what may be stopping you, and take steps towards the life you want.

Both approaches can help you make changes, overcome difficulties, and move forward. The main difference is where we start: CBT often starts with what is happening in your life now, while coaching focuses more on where you want to go.

Wait, but what do you actually do in fashion as a daily job?

I get this question quite often — so here’s the real answer.

I work in Paris in the sales team of a global leading fashion group (3,000+ people), basically a company that powers the whole fashion industry — from sewing machines to SaaS.

And I’m part of the world which helps brands with PR and marketing.

What I actually do day-to-day:
→ connect with new fashion, luxury and beauty brands in Northern Europe, build relationships, help them grow
→ work with PR & marketing data a lot (the part people don’t expect)
→ participate in the events, run workshops for brands (yes, I speak a lot haha)

So it’s not just “fashion”… it’s business, psychology, communication — all in one.

…and honestly, I love it.
