Floating things to do in Tempe, AZ with live musicians by @valeriajones

The coziest thing to do in Tempe this fall? A rooftop nap. 🌙🎶🌊

Join us at Canopy by Hilton Tempe for The Floating Nap™ — a floating sound bath 14 floors above Mill Ave. You’ll lie back on a paddleboard mat (no swimming, no getting wet), wrap up in a blanket, slip on an eye mask, and let two live musicians play crystal bowls, gongs, and Native American flute while the city lights come up around you. One hour. Total quiet. Unreal view.

🗓 Wednesday, Dec 16 · 6:30 PM

No experience needed. Blankets, mats, and eye masks included. Just show up in something warm and comfy!

🎁 Looking for a gift that isn’t more stuff? Gift certificates are available — give someone an hour of rooftop calm this holiday season.

Tickets + gift certificates at desertpaddleboards.com (link in bio). Spots are limited and the Canopy nights sell out!

It is self care time!
No magic, no woo woo…

Just a time with yourself.
Quieting the mind.
Relaxing and listening to the body.
Coming back to your whole self!
Maybe a self that you have disconnected from.

See you on your mat!
