5th grade hall wall! The last time all these cool kids walk these halls as 5th graders.. when they graduate South Walton high school they come back and walk these halls again.. I will not be well 😭❤️ by @valeriengreen

Today my baby graduated elementary school 😭 for me I have always told the kids I don’t care about your grades as long as you understand the subject, what matters the MOST to me is how you treat and show up for others! Dallas not only won the Good Citizenship ship award for doing just that but also won the BUG award for bringing his grades up when they had took a slight nose dive 🤣(5th grade was challenging lol) Van R Butler Is an A+ Florida school and we lived our time here, for Dallas his on campus school time has come to end and middle marks a new chapter.. one that we will do from our home, or at the beach, or the zoo, or in a box with socks lol but either way.. THANK YOU to all of his incredible teachers and the staff at Butler and huge congratulations to my graduate! Love u so much buddy! by @valeriengreen

I’m not one to let fear win, but last night I was truly rocked to my core.. parenting puts everything under a microscope, it changes everything you do as an adult.. Last night we had tough conversations, one of many we have had the last few years.. We as HUMANS need to remember that underneath it all, we are all just flesh and bone.. What makes America different is that we have the FREEDOM to speak and think differently, when that is taken from us we no longer have a democracy, The very thing each of us are fighting for.. we are also slowly destroying.. we have to stop the war against eachother 💔 by @valeriengreen

Anytime people say they want twins, I think of this video.. They were 5 months old and both had colic.. I was literally loosing my mind.. 7 years later tho and it was ALLLLLLLLLL worth it! I still wouldn’t pray for twins 🤣 but they are a blessing and a special gift when you do get them.. Super grateful and excited for another box from my favorite Delivery service.. especially on days like this when I’m slammed with work from our other business and dont have time to run to 3 different stores to get everything

The EPA has found that 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝟮 𝘁𝗼 𝟱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 than outdoor air sometimes up to 100x 𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘶𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘴.

Florida pollen & sand already do enough damage so I’ve learned 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘦 with hormone disruptors and harsh chemicals in everyday things like laundry, skincare, and cleaning products INSIDE my home 🫠

The cumulative exposure from multiple products used daily, especially in homes with children or pets (of which we have a surplus) 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁.

Swapping where we shop has given me peace of mind and better options…quality products, made in the USA, that actually align with our values and 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆.

Letting go of everything you’ve poured your time, energy, and heart into is one of the scariest decisions you can make. The idea of starting over feels overwhelming. Change is uncomfortable, uncertain, and often comes with fear-but staying stuck in a place that no longer serves you is even more costly.. Looking back a year from now and being in the same place.. even scarier
Growth doesn’t happen in your comfort zone. It happens when you take the risk, when you bet on yourself, and when you’re willing to rebuild from the ground up.
You are who you surround yourself with-so choose to be around people who challenge you, inspire you, and believe in your potential even when you doubt it.
I took the leap. I walked away from what was familiar, even though it terrified me. And now? I’ve found alignment, fulfillment, and momentum-and I only wish I had trusted myself to start sooner. by @valeriengreen

This year.. I learned to never say never
God has a way of humbling our
“not me” moments real quick.

After years in an industry that shaped me,
I realized it no longer aligned with the life
I wanted to build daily.

I planned to quietly step away and refocus…
but God had other plans.

He made me uncomfortable enough to move.
Not to fade,
but to step forward with clarity and conviction.

I asked the hard questions.
I prayed for peace.

And then I found a Wellness Store model that just made sense:
🌱Products I already use
🌱Safer + more affordable
🌱No recruitment games.. just genuine referrals
🌱Supports my family without sacrificing them (I promised myself I would do things differently this time)

In less than 45 days, the ease of conversation + of course the income surprised me
not because I chased it,
but because I shared what I was already using and loving

No pressure. Just peace.
No pretending. Just purpose.

I’m watching people thrive and get excited again
many who’ve never done anything like this before

Here’s what I know:
