What Italian pizzaioli really think when someone orders pineapple on pizza. 🍍🍕😂

I made this video a while ago and never posted it… until now. 😂

It’s not even about pineapple itself. It’s about spending hours making dough, choosing the best flour, tomatoes, cheese and top-quality ingredients… and then someone asks you to throw some super-cheap canned pineapple on top. 😭

It’s like putting ketchup on a beautiful plate of Italian pasta. Can you do it? Of course.
Does a little part of our Italian soul die every time? Absolutely. 🇮🇹😂

They say that somewhere in the world, every time someone orders a pineapple pizza… an Italian pizzaiolo dies. 💀🍍🍕

So I cry uncontrollably for 15 minutes… then I remember I have to be professional.

I bring out ALL my professionalism…

In 1908, Alfredo Di Lelio created his famous Fettuccine Alfredo for his wife, Ines, with just fresh pasta, artisan butter and aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
