One year of @valettava 🎂

It’s a lot of work, but getting to collaborate with founders who actually care about building their brands makes it worth it.

I love being a true extension of a founder’s team - the 11 PM voice memos, brainstorming together, and being a person they can vent to.

Getting to work in the background to keep everything moving while watching someone else’s vision grow is the best part of it.

When you find others who genuinely value that kind of partnership, it’s a completely different game.

To the partners who trust me with their operations and treat me like a true teammate: thank you 🫶🏻

You are the exact reason I built this.

Year two starts today 💛

Having someone handle your contracts, invoicing, and client hubs without you having to manage them is usually the exact moment everything gets easier

If that’s what your business is missing right now, let’s talk

I work with creative directors, studio owners, and contractors - and while their work looks completely different, what slows them down internally is usually identical

They're getting pulled into tasks they shouldn't be doing and are overwhelmed

But nobody’s looking for someone to come in and reinvent their business

Most founders want an extension of themselves to take care of the execution so things get done

Support with Valetta usually looks like:
~ Handling client contracts, onboarding, and template setups so your client experience stays high-end
~ Keeping your invoices, CRM, and financial tracking organized so nothing gets lost in the rush
~ Stepping in when new tasks pop up so you have an execution partner instead of a massive to-do list

When your business wins, mine does too

Building @valettava has meant being able to step into businesses I actually care about and support people doing incredible work ✨

When you genuinely love the people you work with, handling the execution doesn’t even feel like work, just a privilege

Grateful is an understatement 🤎 taken in Winnipeg, Manitoba by @valettava

I think the most exhausting part of running a business isn't even the workload, it's trying to be three different people at once

One minute you're trying to focus on something creative, and the next you're fixing a random workflow or keeping track of client stuff. By 2 PM your brain is fried just from context-switching, and it kills your momentum 😴

I built Valetta so you don't have to carry every role by yourself

Instead of wasting another weekend trying to organize your own systems, let me just do it for you instead 👋

The realignment suite wraps all three sessions into one 120-minute deep dive - complete overhaul of your workflow, drive, and inbox, plus custom guides so it actually stays sorted

Good operations should feel invisible

Less managing people, more having someone just handle the execution in the background

Please stop downloading new apps trying to solve a delegation problem, it's just another thing for you to organize!!

An app can organize the list, it can’t actually take the work off your mind 👀

Find the friends who look at your wildly ambitious plans and say “okay, so how are we making that happen?” instead of giving you weird looks 🫠
