6 days. 26 hours of training. So many lessons, memories, and moments I’ll carry with me.

This intensive was way more than just taking class. It was about showing up every day, getting uncomfortable, learning from incredible teachers, and constantly challenging myself to grow.

So grateful to @tobiasellehammer for sharing your knowledge, pushing us beyond what we thought we could do, and creating such an inspiring space to train in.

And so thankful for the amazing guest teachers @calvitjr , @galenhooks , @danzeltss , @_fantaye , and @mrkudelka for everything you shared with us throughout the week.

A special thank you to @_michgonzalez_ for always reminding us to keep training, for bringing us here and making this experience possible, and for taking care of us throughout the whole trip. So grateful to keep sharing these experiences with you — third trip and hopefully not the last one. 🤞🏽

Leaving LA tired, inspired, grateful, and definitely hungry for more. 🤍

Meet the Staff: Valentina Zetina

Si el show parece estar bajo control, probablemente sea porque Valentina está detrás de escena haciendo que el caos suceda exactamente como debe suceder.

Behind every wild night, there is an even wilder crew.
