True leadership is less about holding a position, and more about the people we serve and the community we build together 🏳️‍🌈✨

I am incredibly honored to share my journey with the North Texas LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce. Serving as the Foundation Chair and currently as the Chamber Chair Elect has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. My commitment has always been to create a space where every individual feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Whether I am in the treatment room at Hair & Now or in the boardroom at the Chamber, my mission remains the same — advocacy through action. We are stronger when we lead with empathy, compassion, and vision 💜

I am so proud of the progress we have made in the DFW area, and I am even more excited for what is ahead. Let’s keep building a future that celebrates everyone. 🥂🌟
