The relentless pursuit of the best guitar tones, from 'clean to extreme', embodied in one amplifier that is built with the player in mind. 🇬🇧

We asked @paradisevultures to swing up to the mountains outside of LA to give us a quick live run through of their new single “CHANGE”. Of course they delivered. Tommy is running through Three Valhalla amps simultaneously because, of course he is. Matty unfortunately did not get to plug into anything.

Recorded by @pjsolo_la at @standardaudiorecorders in Lake Arrowhead, CA.

Featuring:

We had the pleasure to sit down and talk with @christopherthorn (Blind Melon, AWOLNation, Afghan Whigs) at his beautiful @firesidesound studio in Joshua Tree, CA to discuss his experience using the Valhalla Jotunn 20 on the latest @theafghanwhigs record “Soft Control” released August 21, 2026. by @valhallaamplification

@riichgood (The Pleased, The Psychedelic Furs) has been playing a Valhalla Amplification Jotunn 20 for a little while now and when we asked him to do this he was clear about not wanting to make a _normal_ demo video - we believe we’ve achieved his goal.

This installment of Three Sounds pushes the envelope a little bit. Rich is joined here by @yael_drumadkt (Desert Dome Studio) on drums and @chriselkjar (newspeech, The Armed) on synth / electronics.

These three got together at Desert Dome Studios in the California high desert to craft some soundscapes, enjoy a glass of wine and see where the music landed. by @valhallaamplification

We asked @jonathanhischke to plug into the Odin and play anything he wanted. People warned us about giving him this type of freedom but we didn’t listen. Enjoy these Three Sounds with your favorite bass player’s favorite bass player. by @valhallaamplification

We couldn’t do a sound exploration series without including @itookthisphoto at the legendary @ranchodelalunastudio. David and his studio have been testing, refining and exploring the Valhalla Amplification sound for a couple years now. Here’s his three sounds. Enjoy! taken in Joshua Tree, California by @valhallaamplification

Kicking off a new video series with none other than @christopherthorn! Welcome to “Three Sounds” where we ask our favorite guitar and bass players to kick out some sounds via Valhalla Amplification.

We stopped by the gorgeous @firesidesound in Joshua Tree, CA. Plugged in Christopher’s Jotunn 20 and hit record. Enjoy!

Can we do it again? We had such a blast with @gnarltones at @pappyandharriets for Dave Catching’s Birthday Extravaganza. Such an incredible group of people and the best vibes. Honored to have amplified the night.

Continuing on That Thing In The Desert 2026 we spent our evenings at @dezdomestudio experimenting with varied instrumentation, a rotating cast of players and new sonic territories. taken in Yucca Valley, California by @valhallaamplification

That Thing In The Desert 2026 was a legendary time! We’re so excited to be able to host this event alongside @itookthisphoto at @ranchodelalunastudio and have a few hundred of our closest friends roll through over the course of that week when everyone is in the LA area to get sick in a conference center.

More coverage to come from the evenings at @dezdomestudio. Thank you to everyone for attending and playing music and connecting with us and each other. Much love. ❤️ taken in Joshua Tree, California by @valhallaamplification

Did you know the Jotunn Series are available now? @trevor_morgue knows. We asked him to swing by @standardaudiorecorders and let rip on a 50 watt head. This is the result.
