A birthday glazed donut for the 41st birthday boy @gahadmor! 🥳 Thankful for the day were born, we’re sooo lucky to have you! Love to love you, bebe. 💛 (last video is the original birthday song we sang, there you’ll see whyyy we had to have a do-over lol) by @valisstellar

Happy 7th Birthday to my forever babygirl! I don’t care if you’re almost as tall as me, you’ll always be my baby. 🥹💜 #brbcrying by @valisstellar

Spent the last 3-weeks traveling around Europe to visit family and make memories. Explored the cobblestone streets of Annecy France, inhaled the crisp French Alps air in Chamonix, explored caves and chased waterfalls in Grindelwald Switzerland, rode boats and devoured gelato in Lake Como Italy, picked lavender in Provence France, spent quality time with Mamie in Thuir, braved the heat at Disneyland Paris, museum hopped and toured Paris, and watched the heat storm break the euro heatwave. We made so many memories here, so grateful to be able to capture it all while taking it all in. Until Winter, A bientôt! ❤️ #eurosummers by @valisstellar

May looking like it’s got a good workout-life balance. 😌✨ #letsgo by @valisstellar

A Mother’s Day weekend well-spent with my favorites. 💛 Zachie grew a couple more inches since the last time we were at Disneyland, so he unlocked a whole new set of rides he could (finally) go on! I can’t believe my baby can go on rollercoasters now. 🥲 Jeremie knew I was craving shabu shabu since my birthday, so we had lunch at Mikiya and it did not disappoint. Easily one of our favorite shabu shabu houses. The bone marrow toast probably isn’t helping with my cholesterol though, lol. 🥴 Did a little shopping after, and little man offered to carry my shopping bags. Despite a couple meltdowns and whining (from the kids, not Jeremie lol) I’d say this weekend was a success! Not entirely relaxing (lol) but feeling blessed nonetheless. Happy Mother’s Day, Mamas! 💐 by @valisstellar

A month full of wellness. ✨ From Disney and movie dates to getting my strong on at the clurrrb (iykyk), to fueling my soul with matcha and croissants after giving it up for lent (lol), to spending much needed time with friends and family, to successfully breaking out of prison (last slide, hahaha.) It was everything my birthday month needed. A blessed 42. 💛 PS: I just discovered a white eyebrow hair this morning. 😂 by @valisstellar

I started my fitness journey end of January 2026, with a little push from my sisters to climb out of my introverted antisocial shell. I’ve never been a group class girly, but I think seeing everyone work their butts off and fighting for their lives (in rides, reform, hot pilates, hiit, yoga, box) alongside me has been so motivating. While my scale is moving a little up and moving a little down (I love food too much lol), my arms and legs and overall body is feeling stronger. I didn’t think I looked any different (since I post these gym selfies daily) but looking at this side by side, there’s something there. Something small, but still such a big win in my eyes. I did that. I still have such big goals ahead of me, but I’m ready. Let’s get it. 👊🏻 Grateful for all the cheers near and far, you are my people. Also, shoutout to all my instructors for the pushes, extra reps, extra punches, pilates shakes and pulses lol. Merci merci merci. ✨ #fitnessjourney by @valisstellar

A much needed double-date Saturday with some favorites. ❤️ Started my morning off with a boxing class, had lunch at Din Tai Fung with the bestie, (potato corner fries that we ate while in line not pictured lol), picked up some warabimochi to drop off to the other besties (sad i didn’t take a picture), grabbed cocktails at la popular with the husbands, dinner at viva madrid for some drinks and tapas afterwards, and ended up back at la popular for nightcap with coffee and churros. #familia #noiceplease #howmuchforjustthebox #monkeytalk #doubledatebestiesaturdays by @valisstellar

Trying to get the house together for our annual Christmas Eve party, and I can’t help but feel a mix of emotions as this will be our first time hosting such a big deal party. The torch has been passed down to us by my mom and dad, and I know we’ve got some big shoes to fill. Unfortunately we won’t have seven Christmas trees up like they usually do, but how about my giant handmade bow though? 😂 #tistheseason #ribboninthesky #ilikebigbowsandicannotlie by @valisstellar
