Story time - 39 year old me tells 13 year old VAL that you travel 6,000 miles in Ubers, trains and planes FOR 72 hours TO officially meet @jcchasezofficial (and not in Life size cutout form)… and guess what- it was nothing short of MAGICAL. @jcchasezofficial you are a true energy, and always have been. The kindness, fun, and pure genuineness you gave to every SINGLE one of us this weekend is nothing short of remarkable (and you’re funny as anything). When life is LIFING your art is what keeps us superfans going, when we’re going through IT. This is why we will continue to love and support you in all your growing projects - thanks for your heart, passion, and sharing with me on the panel what was in the @nsync group chat 🫠 who doesn’t love tea amongst friends 👀...Lesson here? 📝 For those who need to hear it-.Things can suck and also be amazing at the same time.You can feel sad and heavy and joyful in the same day.You can feel gratitude and overwhelm together.You can wish for more and still feel enough..No one talks about the power of allowing..Forget the should.Allow the graces...Here’s the thing….Awarness is great but without intentional action it’s not impressive..As a coach I always hold myself accountable just like my clients… if I am not doing the work alongside then to me I am just “talking” not actually doing..One of my gifts is empathy- so to connect and empower an individual you have to know the PainShameGuilt AvoidanceOverwhelmJealousySelf-judgement People pleasing Resentment JoyExcitementSelf-Sabotage Love.:I am powerful and passionate because my clients don’t idolize me (please never idolize anyone) they relate. They see that I CHOOSE my power, and see results even when it’s hard AF..I am here to not show you nothing is wrong- rather with intentional choices from research training and perspective ….life no matter the season can feel different for you. ..I am living proof. And so is my community.Crave to be the best you with someone who sees that vision now- but feels the journey with you. by @vallyannco

The flow...It’s been a minute since posting and coaching.It’s been time for self care and reflection and quiet..Something I have always mentored my circles and clients to do….To feel.We can’t feel in the noise and distractions.We can’t know what we want to think when we’re constantly influenced by everything else..It takes courage to hear and feel things that have constantly been THERE but covered by the noise..I just know whatever you have inside of you is enough. Whatever you need or are feeling is valid, and okay.It’s also not forever..It’s a compass to continue to design and outgrow and BE what it is you want to feel each day you’re given...Dance and laugh when you can.Cry when needed.Spread love and kindness - especially when YOU need it.Find gratitude in the mountains.Find presence in the noise.Be joyful intentionally.Say no.Say yes...All you are in this season is plenty my friend 🫶🏻 by @vallyannco
