MEET THE COUNCIL MONDAY w/ Vice President of Recruitment & Marketing Ella Graves! 💚

“Being Vice President of Recruitment & Marketing for Kappa Delta has been one of the biggest blessings of my college experience. It has allowed me to meet incredible women who share similar values and are looking for a place to call home during their time at college. I get to help women find their home away from home while also sharing the heart of Kappa Delta through authentic marketing that highlights the amazing women in our chapter. This role has challenged me to step outside my comfort zone, build meaningful friendships, and grow as both a leader and a person. I love being a face of recruitment for Kappa Delta, but even more, I love watching women find a sisterhood where they are truly known, valued, supported, and encouraged to become the best versions of themselves. There is nothing sweeter than seeing someone find the place where they belong, and I’m so thankful I get to be a small part of that journey!”

“As VP of Learning and Development, I help guide our new members through their first months in Kappa Delta and make sure they feel welcomed, supported, and connected to the chapter. I also oversee continued education opportunities for all members and plan and execute both Fall and Spring Bid Day. This position has helped me grow as a leader by teaching me how to mentor others, communicate effectively, and manage large events. My favorite part is getting to be one of the first support systems for new members and helping them build a strong foundation for their KD experience.”

MEET THE COUNCIL MONDAY w/ VP of Finance Maddie Poppe! 💚

“As VP-Finance, I work to collect member dues and keep the chapter’s money organized so we can host events! This position gives me the opportunity to practice the skills I will need in the future as an accountant. It also allows me to get closer with sisters as they plan events and order KD merch. I love getting to interact with all my sisters and getting to lead them by setting a good example of responsible financial management! It’s a true blessing to get to work with an amazing council within the sorority that I love so much!! <3”
