✨ And so we begin. ✨

Last week, we welcomed almost 30 incredible people into our newest Psychosynthesis Life Coach & Leadership Training at @psychospiritual.institute Psychospiritual Institute.

What a group!

People from all over the world. Different ages, backgrounds, professions, cultures, men and women…each arriving with their own life experience, wisdom, questions, gifts, and reasons for saying YES to this journey. And what weaves us all together is our deep desire to deepen our inner work and support healing in our world.

❤

Sitting together in our first online circle, I found myself feeling incredibly grateful for the work I get to do.

At Psychospiritual Institute, we train coaches, therapists, healers, leaders, changemakers, and humans who feel called to go deeper in how they understand and inhabit their own lives and in the ways they can create change in our world.

Psychosynthesis brings us closer to our essence. It asks the deepest questions that matter most:

* Who am I beneath the roles, stories, conditioning, and parts of myself that have become my identity?
* What wants to emerge through me?
* How do I become more conscious, more whole, more free, and develop the skills to help others do the same?

🙏🏻

Over the coming months, we’ll explore the many parts of ourselves, the Self, the will, presence, relationship, our sense of spirituality, somatics, our connection to the Earth, and what it means to accompany another human being through real transformation.

But we don’t just learn this work. WE LIVE IT.

We practice it with one another. We turn inward. We build community. We stretch. We question. We laugh. We honor our tears. And slowly, we discover more of who we are... and learn how to fully embody who we’re becoming.

Sometimes transformation looks like deep inner work…and sometimes it looks like making a horror movie. 🎬🤡

I believe part of being fully alive is giving ourselves permission to create, explore, and play! Family Night Fright is officially finished and heading into the film festival circuit...and I had SO much fun being part of it!

So grateful to connect with the beauty of this world. It really does bring us home to our hearts. 💕

May we all remember who we are, and share ourselves imperfectly and with our whole hearts.

May we learn to have patience with one another as we navigate the complexities of our world, especially in a time of such confusion and misinformation.

May we forgive each other when we don’t show up at our best.

May we lovingly learn to listen and appreciate different perspectives, inviting kind and respectful conversations to help us all grow more whole together.
