this is my version of Tony’s Garlic Bread!

It’s got crispy ciabatta, garlic butter, and that one-of-a-kind fonduta situation that makes it worth it every 👏🏻 dang 👏🏻 time 👏🏻

I share recipes on Patreon, and this one just had to live there 🫶🏻

If you love cozy, Disney-inspired comfort food, you’ll love it there! 🥳

I wanted a Stranger Things snack board that felt like actual Stranger Things food.

So I didn’t try to make it cute, I just chucked it all on the tray like a middle schooler surrounded by sugar at a sleepover 🤷🏼‍♀️

Eggos with cream cheese, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and Reese’s Pieces.
Bagel bites.
Popcorn mixed with Doritos, Pretzels, Ring Pops, Reese’s Pieces, and Pop Rocks.

Plus the blue Hawkins Lab drink (blue Gatorade & sparkling water) with a Pop Rocks rim because obviously.

I feel like the Hawkins kids would approve.
And yes, I’m choosing to believe I’d be allowed in the Party. 🫶🏻

This is my go-to spaghetti and meatball recipe. It’s cozy, classic, and honestly hard to mess up.

It’s great for those nights when you want dinner to feel a little fancy but don’t actually know what you’re doing. 😅

The full recipe is below.
(That garlic bread though? That one’s on Patreon 😉)

Meatballs
1 lb ground beef (or beef/pork mix)
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions:
1. Mix all meatball ingredients until just combined (don’t overmix).
2. Roll into 1½-2 inch meatballs.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Brown meatballs on all sides (about 6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Quick Weeknight Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of sugar or red pepper flakes
Serve with 12 oz spaghetti, cooked according to package directions.

Instructions:
1. In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Stir in tomato paste and cook 1 minute.
4. Add crushed tomatoes, herbs, salt & pepper.
5. Return meatballs to the sauce and simmer 10–15 minutes while your pasta cooks.
6. Spoon over pasta

Serve with lots of sauce, meatballs, and extra Parmesan on top 🫶🏻
