WELCOME TO VALTOPIA. ⚡️

This is for the woman who already KNOWS.
You’re intuitive. Sensitive. Smart and capable.
You’ve done the healing.
Read the books.
Pulled the cards.
Had the downloads.
Learned to hear yourself.

And yet ... somehow there are still places where the knowing lands.. and 5 seconds later, the negotiation begins.

Can I really do this?
Is this practical?
Am I sure?
What will they think?
Maybe I should wait.
Maybe I need another sign
Maybe I should ask somebody else.

And now something that was clean in your body has a whole damn committee meeting around it with a built in fck noooo it ain’t happening. 😂

That’s where I come in.

I’m Val - artist, oracle, creative director, frequency guide, professional pattern spotter and long time Holy Weirdo.

I’m not here to give you my frequency.
I’m here to support you to own YOURS.

My work lives where intuition meets actual LIFE:

Money
Love
Desire
Boundaries
Creativity
Visibility
Grief
Pleasure
Leadership
The decisions you keep circling ...
The thing you already know but haven’t quite lived yet.

Because the problem often isn’t that you need stronger intuition.
You need to close the gap between the KNOWING and your MOVE.

And that does NOT mean rushing. No.
YES does not mean hurry.
DELAY does not mean NO.

You can trust yourself, make the clean choice, move - and still allow life to unfold at its own pace.

Around here we use oracle, breath, energy, art, sound, movement, honest recognition and deep listening to come back underneath all the noise.
To you.

- ZERØPOINT clears the noise.
- Born to FEEL brings you back into the body.
- FckYEAH reconnects you to the clean YES.
- Own Your Frequency is where you practice actually living what you know.

And the point is never to borrow my authority.
The cards are the mirror. YOU are the authority.
Come as you are.
Leave more YOURS.
⚡️

If you’re done collecting second opinions on something your body already decided, message me OYF.

Come see us tomorrow at historic West Adams! Art, music, beautiful people, coffee, treats, skin care and hand made unique gifts you can support unique creators and celebrate with us. I have my cards and am doing energy tune ins! Today was amazing. #holidayartshow #readings #energy #alchemy #valtopia by @valtopia

As a former visual FX artist, a twice published best selling author, and certified in several different healing modalities and made a funnel that successfully took beautiful clients from an $8 coloring book to a $14k program… I can tell you the number one RESULT of doing this work with me and that changed the game for EVERY CLIENT is

SELF TRUST!!

Coming into awareness of where you’re ass kissing, people pleasing, outsourcing and being driven by other people’s programs is a HUGE transformation that results in real results - like 7 times your $5k investment in the first three days, meeting the loving partner you’ve desired for years and celebrating your first year anniversary and feeling true LOVE, magnetizing higher level clients who can’t wait to pay you your higher level rates because they are delighted to get YOUR results. Those are just a few samples and the magical alchemy and work we do together yields self trust and refined and intentional decision making that CREATES RESULTS YOU WANT. Be one of my GLOWUP success stories! Own your frequency with me. ✨👇

sooo...

I made a radio station. 😂📻

OWN YOUR FREQUENCY RADIO is officially a thing.

Episode 001 is:

HOW MANY SIGNS DO YOU NEED?

which honestly came from me thinking about how often we already know…

and then immediately start fucking with the answer.

hmmm maybe I need another sign

maybe I should wait

maybe I’m wrong

maybe let me ask somebody

you know the drill 😂

That little space right there is basically my whole obsession lately.

What happens after you know.

Anywayyy...

the first episode is up.

Starting NOW!!! @ownyourfrequencyradio on YouTube #ownyourfrequency #podcast #valtopia #oracle by @valtopia

You don’t need to recreate your past success.

You get to create what success looks like for you NOW.

The spark is still here.
The creativity is still here.
The desire to connect, contribute, and make beautiful things is still here.

What’s changing is how much of yourself you’re willing to exhaust to make it happen.

The Empress didn’t lose her magic.
She just refused another unpaid shift.

FCKYEAH isn’t the peak.

What if it’s the baseline?

Not constant fireworks or chaos.

Not forcing positivity either.

Just less negotiation with what feels true.

Less abandoning the yes.

Less making yourself earn what you already know you want.

FCKYEAH FREQUENCY.

Let the full-body yes become familiar.

It’s almost ready for you and it’s almost TIME. OWN YOUR FREQUENCY RADIO HONAY join the signal and discover the pattern beneath the patterns, the thang under the thang, the secret behind the secret 😁🍿🔥🙌🏼🍵⚡️ get the TEA and dive into these oracular shenanigans and stop paying for the gap between current you and the you that you truly choose to BE.

#ORACLECARDS #alchemist #ownyourfrequency #valtopia by @valtopia

THIS IS WHY YOU KEEP ASKING FOR ANOTHER SIGN.
And honay...

it might not be because the first one wasn’t clear.
Sometimes the first answer was VERY fucking clear.

The problem is...
the answer asks something of you.

Maybe you have to say no.
Maybe you have to disappoint somebody.
Maybe you have to admit that the thing you’ve been trying to make work... doesn’t.
Maybe you have to want what you want without everybody understanding it first.

So instead of moving...
we go looking for more information.

Another sign.
Another card.
Another opinion.
Another reason to wait.

Not because we don’t know.
Because knowing has consequences.

THAT is the part I’m looking at…

Not making you more intuitive.

Helping you notice what happens after your own signal lands.

Because eventually the question becomes:

How many more signs do you need before you let yourself live what you already know?

OWN YOUR FREQUENCY.

Less distance between:

I KNOW.
and
I MOVED.

#ownyourfrequency #oracleshenanigans #energytransmission #valtopia #djfckyeah by @valtopia

PERMISSION. 😂🔮

Of ALL the cards I could have pulled after today’s conversation about SOMEDAY…

THIS ONE.

Here’s the thing, HONAY.

You can spend your whole damn life waiting for the circumstances to change before you finally give yourself permission to LIVE.

More money. More time. More certainty. Less chaos.

And listen — sometimes those practical things really DO matter.

But while you’re waiting for someday, you’re still living TODAY.

What part of yourself have you been putting on hold until life gives you the green light?

You don’t need to manufacture panic to make a move.

You can move because something inside you is ALIVE and asking to be experienced.

That’s what we explore inside OWN YOUR FREQUENCY.

The distance between what you already know and what you’re actually allowing yourself to LIVE.

PERMISSION GRANTED, BABY. BY YOU. 🔥💜

NO MORE HANDLERS. YOUR SIGNAL IS YOURS.

I keep having this weird realization:

I’m not actually starting over.

I’ve started over enough fucking times to know what that feels like. 😂

This feels different.

There are a LOT of things I could do.

A lot of versions of me I could step into.

A lot of ideas I could resurrect, build, sell, chase, become.

And for once I don’t feel like I need to grab all of them.

I can ask:

What is actually MINE now?

Not what proves I’m brave.

Not what looks the most spiritual.

Not what blows up my stability so I can say I followed my heart.

Not what everybody else thinks makes sense.

Mine.

I used to think some of these things had to be opposites.

Freedom OR security.

Magic OR groundedness.

Visibility OR sovereignty.

Desire OR discernment.

Nah.

I’m old enough and weird enough now to want the whole damn conversation. 😂

I can honor what I want without abandoning what supports me.

I can let an old dream evolve without deciding I failed it.

I can put something down without making it wrong.

I can choose ONE thing without murdering every other possibility.

That feels like frequency ownership to me.

Not forcing certainty.

Not collecting every option.

Just getting quiet enough to recognize:

THIS.

This is mine now.
