I was able to fulfill one of my dreams! 🚂🍁🍂 by @valyart00

Whenever I do not sketch for a long time (and due to college and the illness I went through, my art fell behind a little), I always look at the art I have created in the past, and I feel it has been created by another person. A huge fear arises making me think that I will not be able to create a face any more, that I have probably forgotten all the very few techniques I have been able to learn. I think about drawing something for many, many days. At first I tell myself I cannot, then the self-doubt conquers my heart and then... at a totally unexpected moment, that any artist can recognize, all the right feelings align and the magic happens, without thinking, without realizing. I crave those moments; they feel like an explosion of happiness, peace, elation, plenitude and it is then that I am the most accurate version of myself, the Valy that very few get to experience. by @valyart00

It all started with "well... I am gonna do some college homework," then, "I will take a quick break" (that turned out into an unexpected art break) and it ended with this whole sketch in the journal. This will be part of my Fall spread. I will show you where the heart took me when finished! by @valyart00

Well... among the many other things I do... Valy's Tree Services is starting to pick up as Fall makes its shy entrance. by @valyart00

So happy and honored to receive this! SPCC has truly opened one door after another for me. Grateful for the chance to keep expanding my learning horizons and for the recognition of my hard work. @SPCC by @valyart00

This is a modest outcome but considering the heat, my health and my crazy schedule... I am quite happy that the efforts seem to be paying back. by @valyart00
