Delighted with how this turned out. This class crafter came up from Cork to be transformed in to a 2 birth off grid beast. 👌pushing a @claytonpoweruk lps off grid electric system with 3000w inverter, dc charging, mains charging and solar charging , @autoterm.store boiler and underslung diesel heater, @cjl_leisurevans water tanks, @randjcampers double swivel, 400w solar panel, 1800w induction, Corien worktops, Altro flooring and all built using lightweight materials. This lovely T6 came into the work shop for a @austopsroofs poptop. Kyra opted for the Glacier acrylic canvas, Frolli delux bed and our poptop carpet lining and electric package. This includes Spot lights in the new poptop components, and lining of the ceiling and new metal flashings that tie the roof to the existing van. We also added a fiamma f45 awning and a roof rack. Do you have a MWB crafter…with a bed across the back? Pretty terrible for room in the bed, and not something we would ever recommend (unless you’re on the short side). This van was converted elsewhere, but customer couldn’t actually use the van due to the bed size. We retrofitted a set of Atek side pods to increase that bed width to 6ft 3. Our stage two conversation crafter has just left the workshop. Equipped with ash birch lower panels, our ever popular OEM headliner, a custom bed, and a full Clayton power installation. The van also features Atek side pods for a spacious 190cm double bed, and an underslung autoterm heater. We look forward to seeing this van again in the future for additional upgrades. For now, Dave and Emma are all set to enjoy their new van. By choosing early stage quality and finish over rushing the project, they've allowed us to maintain our high standards. Thanks again guys. Our mint t6 sportline rolled out of the shed yesterday, really enjoyable build for or legend of a customer Johnny. High spec including @austopsroofs Senic canvas and @froli_official delux bed , @claytonpoweruk LPS off grid electric system, birch furniture, autoterm diesel heater and a 130cm 3 seater @scopema_rib bed. Also used a sliding double swivel from @mscraftltd and 220w of solar on top. Our Ducato build left the work shop today , and it's a real showstopper. We went for motorhome vibes, and the plush finishes and premium products have really paid off. Clayton power as usual delivering all our off grid needs⚡️, gas free, big solar☀️! Large bathroom, hot and cold water, corien worktop surfaces, Altro flooring, minimal carpet lining, and outside shower point🚿. Underslung water tanks and autoterm diesel heater paired with a combi pundmann water boiler. John designed a pull out bed that is also hinged which was a nice touch and even managed to get a 230v hot-water boost function via the 12v switch panel. Very cool. This one turned in to a labour of love. It’s always hard to develop a camper on a new platform. Especially one this small and awkward. I think we pulled it off. This beautiful ID Buzz came in for a bespoke conversion . The brief was simple but the delivery was difficult. John worked his magic and developed a full custom furniture kit that is fully removable and functional. Comprising of a 50 liter top loading fridge, induction hob, deep hafele drawer boxes. Electrics from @claytonpoweruk. They provide the power and the technical back up to make this into an off grid beast. Always a pleasure… We also added a 220w solar panel and awning rail up top. Massive thanks to our good friends at @wagenworkshq for working their magic on the seats. GTI fabric and leather for the win! Thanks lads! Due to the size of these vans we went with a rear gally. This works well with the tailgate but it is still possible to cook inside. We enjoyed developing this but it may be a while before doing it again. But we may offer the kit for sale. This could also be modified for a caddy size van or similar. Thanks Adrain for trusting us with this and I think it just mite be the first ID BUZZ conversion in Ireland.
