In loving memory. Thank you Pa for the memories. Its painful without you. Watching this beautiful voice of yours brings me happiness and breaks my heart at the same time. We miss and love you soo much.. I'm sure you're singing there in heaven with Jesus and the Angels.

Happy Blessed 15 Years to us. First Anniversary here in Adelaide. Grateful for the little things and everything in between. The fresh air, family, friends and love all around. Today we started our morning with a workout under @pam_pedersenvt , then did our separate duties and then I was suprised with these beautiful flowers and ended our evening having hotpot. Caela said its not romantic but we enjoyed it. Happy tummy = a happy anniversary and lil family. Also some throwback photos to our engagement, Indian and bali wedding. Love you poo ❤️ #mootsvanessa #15thweddinganniversary #love #Blessed by @vanchongvl

Don't have many photos on my phone as all were printed in the 80s. But here are some treasures. First few were in 1989, England. Here I had my curly fringe where my cousin @johiggscreative decided to perm hers as well 🤭 photo with our beloved Nanny, our awesome Uncle John, beloved grand Aunt Iris and Uncle Stan too. My cousins @denisedean3822 , siblings @vincetogram @pam_pedersenvt @dannyboyryan My mum @chongsusanann was pregnant with @kuokcern who was born end of 1989. Bless my Papa the man who captured the memories. The rest was early 80s doing printed ads one with Vince for KIKO.

This is what its all about !!! England has been constantly written off, against Mexico and now Norway but we have made it once again through to the next round!! It was pure resilience and great play tactics by Tuchel … Come on England!!!! #england #worldcup #worldcup2026 by @vanchongvl
