Polls across the city are open today for all voters, big or small! ⁣

Today is the last day of advance voting for grown-ups, but Vancouver's youngest can cast their Kids Vote ballots at @vancouverpubliclibrary every day in the lead-up to October 17.⁣
⁣
They'll be asked some hard-hitting questions on leadership, recreation, and most important of all, fun. ⁣
⁣
Preliminary Kids Vote results will be shared on Saturday, with final results posted on vancouver.ca/vote the following week. ⁣
⁣

Today’s throwback features Vancouver’s iconic art deco Marine Building!

It opened right at the beginning of the Great Depression. It was planned, and built, in the big economic boom in the 1920s, but when the building first opened it had a hard time finding tenants! 😱
