On Day 12 in my 31 Days Of Horror, I’m standing in front of a mirror chanting his name 5 times! And no! It’s not “The Host With The Most”
It’s for everyone’s favourite tortured soul from Cabrini-Green.
This score still gives me goosebumps when listening to it.

For Day 10 in my 31 Days Of Horror, I’ve gone back to another childhood favourite.
This was unintentional but this is two Canadian flick in a row and funny enough both involve children digging a hole in their backyards when trouble ensues

For Day 6 in my 31 Days Of Horror, I’ve got a soundtrack that can tame a rabid weasel.
Back in the 90’s we had killer movie soundtracks like The Crow and Judgement Night… in the 80’s it was this one
ohhh and some vampire flick no ones heard of 😂
-Return Of The Living Dead (1985)

For Day 5 in my 31 Days Of Horror…
We are going back to another John Carpenter classic. This time co-composed with Alan Howarth 🚘

I hope you weren’t waiting too long, but on Day 4 in my 31 Days Of Horror…
The Doctor will see you now 💉
This very memorable score from Richard Band may sound a little familiar as it is an obvious nod to Bernard Herrmann’s score for Psycho, but you know what?!?
You’re out of luck because I don’t own that score 😆

I have such sights to show you for Day 3 in my 31 Days Of Horror.
Clive Barker’s masterpiece, with a killer score from Christopher Young.
Grab your Lament Configuration Box and toss on some headphones.

Day 2 in my 31 Days Of Horror.
I’ve gone with a score to a Dario Argento film that wasn’t done by Goblin…
but I’m sure they will come up once or twice this month.
Composed by the maestro Ennio Morricone comes a classic giallo,
The Bird With Crystal Plumage (1970)

It’s that time of the year again.
But this time… I’ve decided to put a little twist on things.
Seeing as this is my 10th year celebrating 31 Days Of Horror. I’m going to select a horror score / soundtrack for every day.
Tonight, I’m kicking off this year with a bang. One of my favourites from the master of horror, John Carpenter.
*Spoiler alert* Don’t be too surprised if you see his name pop up again once or twice.
Happy spooky season everyone!
