POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
You collapse timelines.
You scale faster than you thought possible — without the hustle that’s been burning you out.

Because you’re not just getting more strategy (you’ve had plenty of that).
You’re getting a coach who helps you see the vision and clear the roadblocks — the mindset, the nervous system dysregulation, the sabotage cycles that keep you spinning your wheels.

And you’re not left to figure it out alone.
Our team gets in the trenches with you.
Funnels? Built.
Offers? Packaged and launched.
Tech? Taken care of.
Your big ideas finally come to life — without you being the one to do everything.

This is where it all shifts:

You spend more time with your family — not fumbling through backend systems.
You start making decisions like a CEO — not a solopreneur stuck in survival mode.
You feel clear, calm, and fully supported — because you are.

That dream version of you?
The one with white space on her calendar, recurring income rolling in, and the energy to actually enjoy her life?

She’s not a fantasy.
She’s one decision away.
The decision to stop playing small.
To stop wasting time on tasks that are below your pay grade.
To stop saying “I’ll do it myself” when you know you’re ready for more.

It’s time to rewrite the way you run your business — and the way you lead your life.

Want to grow faster without burning out?

Then it’s time to stop thinking like an overwhelmed entrepreneur
and start operating like the CEO of a scalable business.

That means:
→ Delegating before you’re “ready”
→ Launching without overthinking every detail
→ Saying yes to support that actually gets it done

This is the shift my clients make —
and it’s exactly why they scale faster,
earn more,
and finally have the time freedom they started this whole thing for.

They stop DIY-ing.
They stop spiraling.
They start leading.

And my team and I are right there with them —
coaching, building, implementing.

This is your sign to stop doing it all alone.
We’re ready when you are.

Great strategy is important — and that’s something I deliver.
But it’s only part of the equation.

Because even with the perfect plan, self-doubt, nervous system overwhelm, and tech roadblocks can still slow everything down.

That’s why my coaching isn’t just strategy.
It’s:
🧠 Mindset work to shift patterns that hold you back
🫁 Nervous system support to help you lead from a grounded place
🎯 Clear, customized strategy to move you toward your goals
⚙️ And a team to help implement so things don’t stall after the call

This is full-spectrum support — so you can grow your business without burning out or doing it all alone.

There will always be something new to chase.

A new platform.
A new strategy.
A new trend.
A new offer.

And sometimes the next breakthrough isn't hiding in the next thing.

It's waiting for you to go deeper into what you already have.

Ask better questions.

Know your clients better.

Understand your numbers better.

Get better at what already works.

Depth can feel less exciting than novelty.

But it creates something novelty can't.

A stronger foundation.

Where could your business benefit from going deeper instead of doing something new?

The more authentic she gets, the fewer people like her.

And she gives fewer shits about it every single day.

Not because she stopped caring about people. But because she finally understood what was actually happening.

When you show up as your full self (feeling things openly, speaking boldly, taking up space without apology) some people get uncomfortable. Dr. Jo says it's not really about you. It's a projection. They see a part of themselves they wish they could access, and they don't know what to do with it.

She can feel the judgment when she walks into a room. She feels it in her body. And her response?

She doesn't judge the judgment. She just notices it. And keeps going.

Because she doesn't need everyone to like her. She doesn't need everyone to approve. And the more she lives that truth, the freer she becomes.

Running a business can make everything feel urgent.

Every email.
Every dip in sales.
Every client concern.
Every new idea.

But urgency isn't always a signal to act.

Sometimes it’s a signal to pause.

The more space you create between what happens and how you respond, the more intentional your decisions become.

And that changes the way you lead.

She went to the hospital at 12 with anorexia.

She came out knowing exactly what she wanted to do with her life.

New episode alert! 🎧

This week on The Rewrite, I'm joined by Dr. Jo (former psychologist, holistic embodiment coach, yoga teacher, and founder of TulaSoul) for a conversation that went to places I genuinely didn't expect.

Dr. Jo has spent decades studying the mind. And then one day, she realised the body had been holding answers the mind could never fully reach. So she changed everything.

We talked about what happened when she stopped diagnosing and started listening, why getting more authentic has meant fewer people liking her, and why she has decided she cares less and less about that, the somatic release practice her body started doing entirely on its own when she finally got quiet enough, and the three women's retreats she is building around empowerment, embodiment, and enlightenment.

But honestly? The moments that stayed with me most were the ones where she was just quietly, completely herself. Emotional when she needed to be. Honest when it would have been easier not to be. Unafraid.

This one is worth your time.

Not every uncomfortable thing in your business is an emergency.

Sometimes we're so focused on fixing the problem that we don't stop long enough to understand it.

And the better question isn't always: “How do I fix this?”

Sometimes it's: “What is this actually showing me?”

When something isn't working, our first instinct can be to fix it.

→ Change the strategy.
→ Rewrite the offer.
→ Add another system.
→ Try something new.

But not every problem needs an immediate response.

Sometimes you need to understand what's actually happening before deciding what to do about it.

Because reacting quickly can feel productive.

But thoughtful decisions usually come from slowing down enough to see the whole picture.

Where could you replace urgency with curiosity?

You're not stuck seeing your past through the same eyes you had when you were living it.

That's the part nobody really talks about.

You can look back at something that happened years ago and see it completely differently now.

Not because you're pretending it didn't happen.
Not because you're rewriting history.
Just because you've grown, and you have information now that you didn't have then.

The thing that happened? Still happened.

But the meaning you gave it when you were in the middle of it? That's not automatically a fact.

That's just the conclusion you made with what you had at the time.

And you're allowed to look at it again.

Also, none of this applies when you're arguing with your spouse. In that situation your memory is obviously 100% correct. Science agrees.

It's easy to confuse more, with better.

More offers.
More content.
More opportunities.
More things to build.

But every new idea asks something from your business.

And sometimes the smartest decision is protecting your focus, instead of adding another project to the list.

You don't need to pursue every possibility.

You need to know which ones are worth building.

This is the kind of work we do inside The ReWrite Collective. Learn more through the link in bio.

Your brain isn't playing back your memories like a video.

It's reconstructing them every single time, and they change a little each time it does.

New episode alert! 🎧

This week on The Rewrite I'm going solo on something I learned through my neuroscience training that I find equal parts fascinating and slightly inconvenient.

Your memory is not as reliable as you think it is.

And I say that as someone who remembers several arguments with my husband from the early years of our marriage in incredible detail. Science, unfortunately, does not care about that.

Here's what's actually happening: every time you recall a memory, your brain reconstructs it from pieces (the emotions you felt, the context around it, and everything you've learned since then).

Which means two people can go through the exact same experience and both walk away completely confident in completely different versions of what happened.

But here's where it gets really interesting. At some point, most of us take something that happened once or twice and turn it into a conclusion about who we are.

A bad experience with money becomes I'm bad with money.
A failed attempt at something becomes I always fail at this.

And then we carry that story forward like it's fact.

In this episode I'm talking about why your brain does this, what reconsolidation actually means and why it matters, and how you can start questioning the conclusions you made about yourself without pretending anything didn't happen.
