Anchor down and take it to trial! ⚓️

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

What happens when AMTA gives you a case with a car crash? You obviously name your fall teams after cars... 🙈

Meet your fall team captains, and while you're at it, meet the entire team too 🌚

We are so excited to put these teams on the circuit, and congratulations to PC 2026 for making the cut.

HUGE THANKS to @maddox.yarnall for these lovely pictures.

See y'all in trial ;) Anchor Down by @vandymocktrial

school is about to start and we’ve been reflecting on this past season — and what we miss most are the people who make this program so wonderful.

VUMT is ready to see our competitors this fall… and welcome some newbies into our wonderful mock family :-)

Last weekend, rookies from Alabama, D.C., and Tennessee came together to absolutely showed up and show out at AMTA’s 2026 Rookie Rumble🤑

Congratulations to Aaron Borukh who racked up 29 ranks as an EXPERT witness‼️

A huge thank you to @georgetownmocktrial and @auburnmocktrial for letting us borrowing Sarah, Maggie, Nathalia, and Gavin for a couple of weeks 🙈. They have certainly become honorary VUMT members 💛🖤.

We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you, and VUMT is so excited to see these rookies on the circuit for the upcoming season ;)

We cannot put into words how grateful VUMT is to have had such wonderful seniors contribute to our program over the past 4 years. Your guys' hard work has not gone unnoticed. We are so proud of each and everyone one of you, and are going to miss you all so much.

We can't wait to see what amazing things you girls accomplish in the future. Once a commodore, always a commodore!!

AND FINALLY… YOUR VP OF MEMBER MANAGEMENT: Ayaan Raza!

Ayaan is an incoming sophomore studying Political Science.

When asked what he’s most excited for this upcoming season, he said “serving at the pleasure of the president” (uh ok.)

His favorite Mock Trial Memory is winning Scarlet and Grey with Too Hot to Handle in the Fall season!

Outside of mock, you can expect to find him eating or reading feminist literature! 📕

His hot take? That @jordankatzpercussion is a cutie…

This summer, Ayaan plans to work in LA for his internship!

We love you, Ayaan! ⚓️💛 #AnchorDown by @vandymocktrial
