This before and after hits different for me yall!! This is what consistency and patience looks like 🥹💪🏼 My friend, my client, my heart @pao_0507 man she literally was the one who brought me back into doing what I love. I love helping other woman feel better about themselves not only physically but mentally and pushing them to there full potential and falling in love with fitness and the journey. She asked me almost a year ago to please help her get into shape…not going to lie guys I was a little eh about saying yes because with me working so many hours a day and training hard myself I didn’t know if I could get back into helping other woman with fitness like before BUT she sparked the fire in me again and now almost a year with me look at her!!! So proud of you @pao_0507 love you so much even when you felt the lowest you still showed up and I know you tell me you love me so much and your so thankful for me I want to THANK YOU for pushing me again to doing what I love!! We just getting started baby!!!!! 🥹🤭💪🏼🤩🥵 by @vanefitness__

Transformation Thursday 🥰🙆🏻‍♀️ Not every transformation has to be dramatic. Sometimes the biggest wins are losing body fat, building strength, and becoming more confident. Consistency always beats perfection. Proud of you, My Barbie My Mor! The top photo isn’t even when you started exactly but I couldn’t be more proud of you! My VANE girlie! We’re not even done! Love you babe!! #vane by @vanefitness__

There was a little girl who grew up too fast. A girl who didn’t have the home she wanted and deserved. A girl who learned very early what it meant to feel alone. I’ve been on my own since I was 14. I didn’t have my mom. I didn’t have my dad. So For a long time… I didn’t love myself. I didn’t feel confident. I didn’t know my worth. I didn’t believe I deserved more. But somewhere along the way, I made a decision. I refused to let my past define me. I chose to become the woman that little girl needed. And that’s where VANE was born. Not just a fitness brand. A movement. VANE stands for: V – Valiant Because we are brave enough to face our past and still keep moving forward. A – Ambitious Because we refuse to stay stuck in the life we came from. N – Noble Because we rise by lifting eachother up! E – Eager Because we are always evolving, healing, growing. VANE is about resilience. It’s about turning pain into power. Turning trauma into strength. Turning your story into something that inspires others. It’s for the women and men who had to figure life out on their own. The women who made mistakes. The women who have scars inside and out. The women who are still learning to love themselves. You are not broken. You are not too much. And you are definitely not alone. VANE is proof that you can come from nothing and still build something beautiful. This is bigger than fitness. This is confidence. This is healing. This is self-love. This is community. This is VANE and we’re just getting started! MOM THIS IS FOR YOU! 👼🏼🤍 by @vanefitness__
