Amazing collection of work curated by @abdielsegarra
Thank you for having me!
What a full two days in a place where it all started. Felt like a full circle with old friends from la Escuela de Artes Plasticas. Forever grateful. Thank you all my friends that showed up. Beautiful people. ❤️ taken in Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Puerto Rico by @vanerusso

When people ask me.. “So, what kind of paintings do you do”… I always feel saying one thing takes away from another.. If I could say it, I wouldn’t really need to paint it.
Come to the studio and feel it for yourself. by @vanerusso

“Dreaming of Sleep” -Oil on Canvas 2026
48” x 48”

More of those mid afternoon Sleeps.
When we dont feel guilty or rushed.
When we can still smell the ocean water drying on the skin.
A faraway rooster makes his last call.
No phones to pick up.
Falling Deep and light.
I dream of this Sleep.
