First stop on our Iceland trip: Blue Lagoon

The Blue Lagoon is a large geothermal spa.
Located about 30 mins away from the airport, Blue Lagoon was the perfect way for us to decompress after our flight.

We got the Comfort package, which gets you access to the lagoon, one drink at the in-water bar, & one face mask. They have more packages to choose from too.

We got there around 9 AM when they opened, and it wasn’t crowded at all. We probably spent 3 hours just soaking in the warmth. Overall a really great experience and would recommend! taken in Blue Lagoon Iceland by @vanessa.ventures

@elephantnaturepark is a rescue and rehabilitation center for elephants, dogs, cats, and many other species of animals. It was founded by Lek Chailert, an elephant conservationist, and there is absolutely no elephant riding or performances allowed. It was such a fun, humbling experience to be able to spend a day with these gentle giants 🐘 One of my favorite experiences in Chiang Mai. -

We’re firm believers that dressing up is good for the soul 😂💐 Give us the florals, the bows, the flowy dresses, the soft glam, and an excuse to turn a random day into a whole EVENT. Petals & Portraits was basically our permission slip to be a little extra and look how HAPPY everyone looks

There’s something special about having plans on the calendar that you actually get excited to get ready for. Picking the outfit, sending the “what are you wearing?!” texts, taking way too many pictures, and getting to be surrounded by girls who are just as excited to commit to the theme as you are. Tiny joys count. Being a little ridiculous counts. Romanticizing your life counts 💗

And we know it’s hard putting yourself out there. But most girls come to OC Cuties events solo and leave with voice memos, new group chats, weekend plans, inside jokes, and friends who genuinely cheer for them

So yes, we WILL continue inventing reasons for you to wear the dress sitting in the back of your closet. It’s for your mental health 🎀😂✨

Seceda Travel Guide 🇮🇹 Save for later!

Getting There
We started in Ortisei and took the cable cars up to Seceda. Round-trip tickets start around $40 USD, but if you’re spending time exploring Val Gardena, the Gardena Card can be worth it since it gives unlimited access to the lifts in the area (including Seceda).

Hiking vs Cable Car
There are several hiking routes up, but we took the lift to the top to save on time and spend more of the day exploring Seceda.

When to Visit
We visited the Dolomites in September (shoulder season). It’s usually less crowded and a bit cheaper, but the weather can be unpredictable so it helps to stay flexible. The Dolomites is a big region in Italy so I would plan based on the places you want to visit and check the weather in that area ahead of time!

Best Time of Day
Even in the off season, Seceda is one of the most popular viewpoints in the Dolomites, so going early is your best bet to avoid crowds. We arrived late morning and spent about 4–5 hours there.

Finding the Ridge View
Once you get off the cable car, take the steeper path branching off next to Restaurant Seceda and follow it along the ridge. It’s steep in the beginning but overall an easy walk and the viewpoints are easy to reach.

What to Bring
A bottle of water, sturdy shoes (the trails are well kept but can get muddy, especially after rain), and a jacket since it can be windy and cold up there.

Lunch with a View
Highly recommend eating at Sofie Hütte. Prices are similar to eating out in the U.S., but the views make it worth it!

And don’t forget to say hi to the cows near the hut 🐮
