Barcelona 😍 @primavera_sound 🤘🏾(a month later… 🥴) Got to see some of my fave bands (💔 @massiveattackofficial #RAINEDOUT ⛈️☔️), discover new acts (hello, @baxterdury ), meet the nicest people, dance dance dance, and totally massacre my circadian rhythm by staying up until 7 am four days in a row (the last set of each day started at 4.30 am 🌤️). Not to mention laying eyes on Gaudí’s exquisite Sagrada Família and swimming in the sea. Unforgettable! 🇪🇸❣️Enjoy these subpar vids! @gorillaz @geesebandnyc @thecure @peggygou_ @baxterdury @oliviarodrigo @wetlegband by @vanessabecerra_

“As Mabel, Vanessa Becerra’s coloratura was spot on and she sailed confidently through the tessitura.”
-Theodore Deacon, Opera Magazine @opera_magazine

“Best of all was soprano Vanessa Becerra, in fine voice as Mabel, one of the Major General’s many daughters.”

✨❤️‍🔥 Happy Opening, Toi Toi Toi, y mucha mucha mierda to the brilliant cast, crew, and creative team of @laopera ‘s “Ainadamar”! ⛲️ I feel incredible lucky and grateful and humbled to share the stage with these extraordinary artists and am also feeling ~wildly~ sentimental to celebrate my first opening night on this stage in almost 10 years! My time as a YAP here was one of the best chapters of my life and I will admit I have spent a lot of time hoping and praying I would be back one day (vulnerable!). Well here we are, and we *get to* tell this gorgeous story of song, dance, poetry, passion, and the undeniable and unconditional power of love and art. Thank you thank you thank you thank you, took me a minute but we got there 🙂 Time to cantar entre las explosiones! 💥💥💥

“Pyramid Song” by Radiohead because “Yo soy la libertad” reminds me of it big time!! by @vanessabecerra_

2 weeks, 10 flights, and 11 concerts later, @chambermusicsociety ‘s “Spanish Journey” tour is officially a wrap! Counting myself incredibly lucky to have shared the stage with these exquisite musicians, and also walking away with a newfound love for intimate, chamber performance. Huge, resounding BRAVI to all!!! I hope no one has to wake up at 3 am again anytime soon 🙏🏽 Cheers to TSA PreCheck, @clear , SkyClubs, and Centurion Lounges for being the collective 6th member of our ensemble! 🥂 Thank you for having me, CMS!!!! 🎹🎻🎵🤍🎼 @opus3artists by @vanessabecerra_
