Had a little freestyle competition during @afterhours_danceco ‘s show intermission! 💜

Watching this back makes me feel very proud of myself. Freestyles have been my number 1 enemy ever since I started my dance career. I had the hardest time getting out of my own head and letting the music move through my body.

This opportunity made me prove to myself that I can beat the anxiety that comes with showing off. I don’t have to be perfect, I can allow myself to make mistakes and still have a blast.

Side note, thanks to the cuties who came up to the stage with me! It was an honor sharing this experience with such talented people 🫶🏻✨
