Berlin Marathon 2026. The hardest run I’ve ever done🥀

Sebelum race, pikiranku sudah ke mana-mana. Papa drop di ICU. Hanya on plan sejauh 28km. Malam itu, Papa berpulang. Besok, aku terbang pulang.

Masih sulit memproses hasil marathon ini dan semua yang terjadi. Satu hal yang kuyakini, Papa menunggu aku sampai finish dengan sehat. My 2nd star ⭐️⭐️ buat Papa!🕊️

Akan kita coba lagi, lagi, dan lagi! Ok? OK!🫂🤍

2 years of consistency and finally Sub 25🔓 di jarak yang aku sangat tidak suka👍🏻🥴👍🏻

Cut 45 sec dari JSR ASICS ID Sep 2025. Tapi sekali lagi, bisa sampai di titik ini juga harus mempertahankan konsistensi latihan yang pastinya gak nyaman, komitmen dalam kondisi apapun dan harus diusahakan latihan, setidaknya dicoba.

Thank you coach @doditadit buat program latihannya, racikannya yang semakin paten oye buat aku. Dan wejangan buat capricorn ini🤝🏼

Thank you coach @miftachuliman @motiva.performance buat sesi pedas karet 3 nya. Terbayarkan!

A race I’ll remember for reasons beyond running.

I came to Berlin with a goal, months of training behind me, and a heart that was carrying more than I could put into words.

Somewhere along the way, things didn’t go as planned. My mind was fighting battles my body couldn’t explain, and getting to that finish line became about so much more than pace or time.

I may not have run the race I dreamed of, but I know what it took for me to finish.

And for now, that’s enough.

One thing this journey keeps teaching me: we can plan the miles, but we can’t always plan life. All we can do is keep showing up, give what we have, and trust that even the hardest days have something to teach us🕊️

Berlin, you’ll always mean something different to me.

32KM. Stronger than ever🩵

Reflecting back, ternyata bukan soal seberapa jauh kita bisa lari, tapi seberapa kuat kita tetap lanjut.

For 3+ hours, The Climb literally kept playing in my head.
“There’s always gonna be another mountain.”

Dan mungkin memang begitu… the climb will never stop.
Tapi sekarang, aku tahu aku jauh lebih kuat dari sebelumnya.

One step at a time. One mountain at a time.

Once said wanted to run a marathon, so now you have a whole camera roll full of sweaty faces, random screenshots, long runs, and questionable life decisions😂

10K → 15K → 20K → 25K → One distance after another.

Some runs felt amazing. Some felt like a personal attack. But every kilometer got me a little closer.
