Me gusta la mujer en la que me estoy convirtiendo. Una que sigue soñando en grande, que sabe lo que quiere, que no tiene miedo de reinventarse y que cada día aprende a elegir mejor lo que merece su energía.

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. 🤍

Sometimes I look at my life today and I’m amazed at how much life can change.

The people I’ve met, the memories I’ve made, the things I’ve accomplished, the places I’ve been… so much of my life today is made up of things I never imagined for myself.

Life is not perfect, and it hasn’t always been easy, but I’m so grateful for where I am, how far I’ve come, the life I have today, and everything I’m still working toward for my future.

God knew there was still so much ahead for me, even when I couldn’t see it myself. And today, I’m grateful not only for everything He has given me, but also for everything that is still to come. 🤍

This month, I just want to remind you to check on your people. Check on the strong ones too. Sometimes the people who seem completely okay are carrying things you know nothing about.

✨sometimes you are not asking for too much.
you are just asking the wrong person.
you repeat yourself, not because you are unclear
but because they never really listened
you lower your expectations call it
“understanding”
when it’s actually just you learning to need less.
you start explaining basic things like respect,
effort, consistency
as if they were optional.
and slowly you turn yourself into someone easier,
quieter, less demanding.
just to keep them comfortable
until one day you realise
it was never about asking for too much
it was about asking someone who had already decided
to give you less.

My beautiful patient wanted more defined features💜
