37. ✨

Yesterday, I welcomed another year of life — and I honestly feel more grateful than ever.

I feel happy. Peaceful. Strong. Confident. Grounded.
I feel like I know myself better, I trust myself more, and I no longer feel the need to explain who I am or why I choose the life I choose.

37 feels different. It feels like stepping into a version of myself that I’ve been growing towards for years. A woman who knows her worth, protects her peace, loves deeply, dreams boldly and isn’t afraid to keep evolving.

I’m grateful for everything that brought me here — the beautiful moments, the difficult lessons, the people who stayed, the ones who left, the risks I took, the mistakes I made and every version of me that refused to give up.

I’m excited for this next chapter. For more love, more health, more adventures, more memories with the people I love, more growth, more purpose and more of the life I’ve worked so hard to create.

The perfect combination of peace, sea, sand & sunshine — and only 1.5h from Seixal! ☀️🌊🏖️

Margem Sul and Lisbon beaches give me major anxiety in the summer 😅 so I usually try to stay away… but we found this little gem and absolutely loved it! 🤍

It actually reminded me of Lagoa de Albufeira in Sesimbra because of the shallow, calm waters, making it perfect for families with small kids. 👧🏽🧒🏽👧🏼🧒🏼

It doesn’t get overly packed, the atmosphere is relaxed, and there’s even a snack bar with some great options that won’t break the bank. 🙌🏼

Definitely one to add to your summer beach list altogether even though it isn’t an actual beach! 🌊☀️
